LUBSTAL factory belongs to CARBO Holding Group. It specializes in production of steel welded structures for different areas of industry. Its production range includes:

CARBO Holding Sp. z o.o. was founded in 1991. Zaklad Konstrukcji Stalowych LUBSTAL started to operate in 1996 and over 11 years has gained recognition and a range of regular customers from Germany, France, Denmark, Luxemburg, the UK and Poland.


The Company employs 70 highly-qualified employees and owns a production hall of the area of 12,000 sq m. The monthly production capacity reaches 300 tons of steel structures of different kinds. The production follows our clients’ documentation and meets European industrial standards.


LUBSTAL also offers assembly of manufactured structures, both in Poland and abroad.


High quality of the products was approved by Certificate to the manufacturer's qualification for welding acc. to DIN 18800-7 as well as Certificate of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008.

With our three flat bed laser equipment and our three
Laser - punching combination systems, we can produce any metal part cost-optimized.

With 6KW power We will laser engrave up to 30.0 mm thick material.

In the area of Entgrattechnolgie we have set new standards in the wage sector. We edges with a CNC-controlled wet grinding machine, which removes in a continuous rough burr breaking edges on all inner and outer contours and can produce a surface finish. For small items we use three grinding systems that guarantee a perfectly deburred part.
On request, all parts can be cleaned with ultrasound.

Our 4 press brakes are equipped among other things with 6-axis attacks, bending angle sensors and extensive tools. The highly productive edges of standard parts and prototypes is our daily business.

With our own 3D design department, we also offer you our know-how in the development of complex sheet metal assemblies.
