-Compression springs, extension, torsion and flat springs in small medium and high volume. We are producing around 300 millions springs a year.

-Stamping from 10 T to 320 T automatically. We have our own toolshop.

The company produced very successfully since 2004, professional kitchen equipment, building and successfully complete units and components from leading manufacturers of food processing machines in the catering sector. The company is family owned by the founding family. The owners are actively working in production management, marketing and general management.
In newly-built production rooms with 3,000 m2 area are advanced production equipment such as laser cutting machine Trulaser 3030 from Trumpf, punching nibbling machines from Trumpf and bending-press made by Trumpf. With 35 trained employees, they realize projects in many European countries such as Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, England, France, Greece and Romania.
The company is located in southern Bulgaria near the town of Kyustendil, just beside the main axis E-871, Which connects Bulgaria with Macedonia and Greece.

We are manufacturer of stainless steel expansion joints for piping, equipment, apparatus district heating and shipbuilding. and also, for eg the exhaust air, exhaust and clean air technology. The elastic, pressure resistant and high temperature resistant metal bellows for expansion joints are hergstellt by mechanical processes and hydroforming.

Bending on the press brake, cutting on the hydraulic shears up to a length of 3000 mm. Work on the eccentric press up to 25 tons. Dividing the material by plasma and Lasser.

The new Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari S.p.a. has been established in 2014 from the merger of the two aluminum foundries of the Tazzari Group: Fomet Spa and Shell Casting Srl with the modern pattern making Modelleria Imolese Srl, based on the know-how of 50 years of history and experience and continuous development in the aluminum castings world, where Tazzari is italian leader since 1963.
The company is located in two plants in Imola for a total of 19000 sqm covered and employ today about 150 persons with a turnover of 25 Mil€ in 2014. It produces small-medium and large aluminum castings up to 3000 kg/each of weight and gravity die-casting as well as low-pressure die-casting from 1kg/each to 40 kg/each. Fonderie Alluminio Tazzari SpA made an high quality production of 2 million of aluminum castings in 2014.
Strong points: finished items can be offered (mechanical machining outsourced by long-term partners), pattern manufacturing and cores production is integrated.
