Our CNC turning machinery possesses magazine auto bar feeders and can manufacture parts measuring up to 60mm in diameter and 600mm in length. We can also chuck individual work pieces measuring up to 350mm in diameter.

Although we sometimes are merely a supplier of CNC machined parts, CNC turning parts or bending parts, our tasks go beyond the mere delivery of structural parts by far. We are often a development partner for stamping parts, the CNC sheet metal and aluminum milled parts and also possess expertise in materials and technology experience. We are happy to provide you with reference products such as aluminum milled parts, brass turned parts, plastic machining parts and turned parts from our prior production and develop according to your requirements, for example, complex precision turning parts, stamping bending parts, wire parts or CNC turned parts.

For more than 25 years we have been offering welding assemblies and machined steel parts for our customers. We mainly process steel, but also stainless steel and aluminum.

The parts manufactured by us are, for example, racks for general mechanical engineering, subframes for machines, frames and other parts, which require not only welding but also mechanical processing. Additionally, we are machining by milling and turning.

We manufacture assemblies for our customers from 1 m in length to 150 m in length, whereby the maximum processing length of a part is 21 m.

Many of our customers are in special machinery industry and our typical lot size is from 1 to 100 parts, depending on the part, some lots are also much bigger.

We work for you in two locations in northern Spain and may also support you through our sales Office in Germany, close to Hamburg.
