Our quality standards are certified by DIN ISO 1090-2 EXC 2 and DIN EN ISO 9001/2015. DIN ISO 1090-3 certification for aluminum is currently under development. Certified welding specialists are available for this purpose. We draw on a wealth of experience, particularly in the area of joining steels up to S355 and chromium-nickel steels, and we also meet the various quality requirements (in accordance with DIN standards) of our customers in other areas. Projects with components up to 20 m in length and unit weights of up to 15 t have already been completed.
Our machinery also includes a welding robot with a torch-changing system for processing various additional materials in one component. The processing of components up to 4500x1500mm and up to a weight of 1000kg is possible.

The LAWATEC water jet cutting GmbH is an independent company that provides cutting services through the application of the water jet and laser technology.
There are 2 water jet systems available. Where a water-jet system was purchased new in 2007 and an older water-jet system has replaced. This has a new cutting head. The Tilt-A-Jet is the answer to the search for even more precise cutting results. It eliminates the typical cone cutting waterjet cutting and allows exactly parallel processing to an accuracy of + / - 0.02 mm and defined conical sections.
Our laser cutting machine (CO2 laser TruLas3030, built in 2007) has a power of 4000Watt and a work area of 3000x1500mm. With her steel is machined to 20mm thickness, stainless steel up to 15mm thick and aluminum up to 10mm thickness quickly and accurately. This CNC machine from TRUMPF guarantees a machining tolerance of + / -0.1 mm.
Our machine park since October 2009, including a bending machine / press brake TruBend 5230 by TRUMPF.She has a press force of 2300kN and a Abkanntlänge of 3230mm. With the integrated angle measuring system ACB (Automatically Controlled Bending) the right angle succeed at the first bend.

From complex single pieces to series production of parts for the automotive industry, the range of production possibilities ranging in metal cutting. Sawing, grinding, drilling, turning, and milling are techniques in which we might be justified by our extensive range of machinery each request. What is sheet metal processing? Sheet metal processing (or CNC sheet metal processing) is defined as the mechanical or thermal processing of sheets. Sheet consists of boards of metal which were produced by a rolling process. It is divided into thin sheets, up to 3 mm, and heavy plates with a thickness of more than 3 mm. Most metals can be processed into sheets and further treated afterwards. Most frequently processed materials are: aluminum, structural steel, copper and stainless steel. For the initial processing of these sheets usually one of the following methods is selected: e.g. laser cutting, nibbling, stamping and bending, precision cutting, shearing. These manufacturing processes are all CNC-controlled on the basis of CAD/CAM-designed data. Downstream processes mainly include deep-drawing, bending, plate rolling, plate straightening, clinching, laser cutting 3D, fineblanking, spinning, pressing and punching, stamping / bending.
