We started our industrial activity in 2013, in the manufacture of cast aluminum parts. In the following year we started manufacturing LED industrial luminaires and acquired our first CNC machining center. Subsequently we started the activity of welded metallic constructions and industrial maintenance. In 2020 we started the powder painting activity, with electrostatic painting and blasting facilities.

We have years of experience in machining and electroplating. We provide one-stop services from consulting and CAD and CAM to procurement of materials, fabrication, and delivery.

We approach each job focusing on reliability, professionalism, and on-time delivery. We provide routine progress feedback. Our extensive processing facilities provide high capacity for different work methods (including milling, turning, and cutting).

Our company focuses on small batch and prototype production. We are capable to deliver parts and equipments from metal, according our manufacturing capacity and your technical documentation in proper time.

The AMA plant and machine Amberg GmbH is situated in the industrial area north of Amberg. Currently we employ about 110 highly qualified employees, who mostly also completed their training of skilled workers with us and have a long specific experience.

The Amberger tooling GmbH is a family run business with a nearly 40-year tradition.

Since 1971 the Amberger tooling GmbH is your competent partner when it comes to the development and manufacture of tools for sheet metal forming.
Initially focused on the design and manufacturing of tools, has been expanded with the establishment of the Department of stamping technology in 1989, the process chain to the color matching in-house and series production.
