The company E. Bolliger AG has been known for over 30 years supplying companies, mainly in the secondary and - operate the tertiary sector of the capital goods production. The company E. Bolliger AG is specialized in the production of large series, but also items as well as smaller lot sizes.



For our customers in the field of machine and plant construction, we manufacture all the components to the assembly stage. To this end, efficient and economical production methods are used.

We are your specialist for pressing, stamping and deep drawn components for all levels and materials, welding (MAG, TIG, resistance welding), laser machining, nibbling, edging, drilling, tapping, processing all surface finishing, component assemblies.

We are making mainly welding and assembling fixtures, jigs. How we work, here is a sample process:
- In case of order we start the design and few days later we send the 3D models to our customers for approval,
- In case of any request we modify the design and send it again to our customers,
- We start the production when our customer accepted the design,
- Usually we make the first tests – first workpiece in the fixtures – together with our customers in our factory (Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Budapest) – but nowadays because of COVID, we do it through a live web connection or skip this step (as requested by the customer),
- After this test we hand over the fixtures/manipulators to our customers in our factory but in case of request we can organize the delivery to our customer’s site.

We also make low or medium series production.
