THE COMPANY Quality and efficiency since 1979 COSVECO S.r.l. was founded in 1979 and originally specialized in the production of brass and zinc die-cast parts for the consumer area. Over time, our company has focused on zinc die-casting parts developing expertise and technologies that today are used in all technical fields (furniture accessories, automotive components, electronic opening and locking systems parts, electric appliances parts, lighting components, cosmetics, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, etc…) and their application. COSVECO S.r.l. has highly qualified technologies and efficient systems for the production of components made of zinc alloys, as well as for treatment of various surfaces by semi- and full automatically production process. The company has grown a lot in recent years thanks to the targeted investments that involved both new production equipment and the quality sector with the installation of a metrological laboratory with qualified personnel and calibrated and certified equipment (eg 3D measuring machine). Small series made of plastic and rubber and silicone are our strength. We build the moulds ourselves and can produce all three materials on modern injection moulding machines. The high vertical range of manufacture is rounded off by an efficient CAD team. The company has modern machinery for mould and tool making and for metalworking and injection moulding. Founded in 1998, ARCARM S.R.L. is a manufacturer of technical rubber parts for various industries. The company is specialized on hydraulic rubber seals for the automotive and construction industry, but recently has expanded into almost every industry in need of rubber molded components. Certified rubber compounds (NR, NBR, EPDM, Silicone, FKM, CR, etc.) from different manufacturers are used in the parts production process. Bergplast Kunststoff GmbH & Co.KG is an owner-managed medium-sized company Family business with headquarters in Upper Franconia directly on the motorway A73. With our currently 50 employees we produce technical thermoplastic parts made of reinforced and unreinforced plastics in 1K and 2K processes. Our injection molding machines include tonnage sizes with clamping forces of 25 t. up to 350 t. In addition to the production of technical injection molded parts, the production of the associated injection molding tools is part of our service portfolio.
