We are a small family business that deals with many activities.
We manufacture steel platforms, welded constructions, roofs, railings, handrails, steel components, stainless steel (predominantly 1.4301) and aluminum alloys. In addition, with our machine park, we are also able to carry out small series as well as single part production in turning and milling work.
Recently, we have been accompanied by a flame cutting machine, with the help of which we can also produce thicker plates independently and at short notice.

Laser and bending work are no problem for us and our neighboring companies, which means that sheet metal working is also possible.
We are also happy to take over 3D CAD work and can thus offer you an all-inclusive package. :)

We develop, design and produce in terms of process integration with creative solutions in the areas Schweißbau and products handling. Among process integration we mean a procedure that includes the complete manufacturing and logistics process. The individual company stufenvier was founded in 2017 as an engineering office for welding technology and occupational safety. We have continued to develop to this day. The change of name to stufenvier GmbH was followed by the establishment of an in-house welding production facility.

The company was founded under the name SchwarzTEC SHS (blacksmith trade Black) in December 2009 and led to June 2011 as a pure online trading for wrought products. In June 2011, the Assembly service S + F that was added to and carried out installation work of all kinds. In January 2013, the company was renamed SchwarzTec and took over the company Elektro Radio honey in Titisee-Neustadt am 01.02.2013 and integrated into the company SchwarzTEC.
