MAF-TEC provide metalworking services for unit, small-lot, and series production of metal components, custom parts for machines and devices. In the production processes we use materials such as steel, quality steels, non-ferrous metals, stainless steels, and plastics. With this we are able to produce a large variety of components to fot any customer need

.MAF-TEC fulfil customer orders using our own extensive and diverse machine park. It includes conventional machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders for unit production and CNC computer-controlled (CNC milling centers, CNC lathes) for jobs of high complexity and enhanced accuracy, as well as for larger series production.

We are a family-run company based in Neuenrade and have over 5 decades of experience in toolmaking. Back then, purely specialized in eroding, we now have a machine park that extends over CNC milling machines with 5-axes, countersinking and wire eroding machines. We manufacture your components in 3D with the Mastercam and Mecanic programs.

Our portfolio includes progressive tools (punching, bending, deep drawing), fixture construction, prototype tools, standard parts, etc. We would be happy to support you with our know-how from the idea to implementation, as well as the ongoing production and maintenance of your tool. We always remain your contact!

Our team consists of experienced and young dynamic employees. We are characterized by flexibility, high precision and accuracy. We also attach great importance to close communication with our customers in order to avoid problems and reduce downtimes.

Our company has about 50 years’ experience on moulding injection system and plastic injection production.

In Matess we take care of the development and engineering of the product, following the evolution step-by-step together with the Customer from ideas development to final tests.

To dialogue and interact with our Customers engineering, we have the most advanced tools, Cad Cam and 3D systems: 2 stations Catia V5 and 1 station Cimatron E10, tool path management on WorkNC 19 and Cimatron, Rapid Prototyping and Mould Flow system.

Here at Matess special focus is providing to technological innovation. Software and machinery, always updated, allow us to create customized products according to specific customer requirements for the production of traditional (Aluminium or steel), sandwich, Gas, Bi-component or back injection moulds.

All ours raw materials are certified and of high quality.

Our machines park is composed by a wide range of injection moulding machines that can work from 120 to 1100t.

Inside we have an advanced test area, at the disposal of our customers.

Synergies of sophisticated machines, highly skilled staff and the relationship with customers and suppliers, ensure an efficient and qualified service.

The company MaVoTec manufactures special machinery and handling equipment that are designed and manufactured in-house.



Special machines are equipped with pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical elements. Special machines can be fitted with a controller.



Devices are carried out in the field clamping, assembly and Ablehrvorrichtung.

Clamping devices are used in the field machining centers, and have pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical clamping units.

Mounting devices are used for applications in general workshop area.

The Ablehrvorrichtungen be used in the field of testing and measurement.
