The production of jigs and fixtures - as well as the construction of sophisticated high speed and low speed wind tunnel models - represents our particular fields of specialisation as contract manufacturers. Our scope of activities is traditionally very broad and also includes the construction of special-purpose machines and moulds.

Our production includes 5-axes-simultan CNC-milling-machines which are able to mill objects, models and moulds in one part up to a size of 6,0 m x 3,5 m x 1,6 m (23,6 ft x 13,7 ft x 6,3 ft). We can even produce very complex geometries of high quality in short time.

We manufacture since 1938 metal products for technical uses, punched, laser cut, bent, bent, deep drawn, pressed, drilled, threaded, countersunk hardened. Our range includes filter screens with or without borders, disc springs, washers, saddle washers, high precision shims, complicated shapes (with or without bends or deep trains) with total or consequential cuts, etc.

Punched parts made of all metal or of plastic sheets such as nylon, Teflon, insulation, polyester film, fiber, PVC, laminated paper, pressboard, etc. belong to our product range. Thanks to a large stock of raw materials, with more than 1,300 different varieties or thicknesses we can deliver at very short notice.



The tools required for our manufacturing are produced in our own tool shop.We can advise you when planning or designing a part, in order to develop the most economical solution.
Our specialty: R total - in the quality design, concentric and flat, of any material suitable for punching, even small series. General Tolerances: + / - 0.05mm. Since we make mostly non-standardized rings according to the special requirements of our customers, we do not hold the finished goods warehouse.
