We specialize in the manufacturing of Bihler punching and bending machines. These machines are characterized by high productivity and high degree of automation. On Bihler machines we manufacture complex parts up to a maximum forming force of 1000 kN, including tapping, welding and assembling. A 1600 kN Emperor punching machine complements our production possibilities.

The combination of punching and bending by laser welding offers enormous material savings potential because it can replace metal-cutting manufacturing methods, such as turning or milling.The high energy density of the solid state laser allows the same high process speeds as in automated punching and bending. The thermal load of the workpieces is small. The process is constantly monitored. Manufacturing Solutions with integrated laser welding are fast, accurate and economical. When developing your parts we work closely with the world leaders Bihler and Trumpf.

From the beginning, mold manufacturing and mass production were part operated side by side. The constant, fruitful feedback of the experience and creativity of the employees of the two areas is critical to the success of our company.

Tools for chipless metal machining according to their own or according to customer drawing for parts production in our house or with our customers made. Our tool room is equipped with modern facilities, including seven three-wire and die-sinking machines and modern milling machines. Leading Punching can be manufactured at Wörgartner tool spare parts.

Wage tools are tested in-house. This saves time and gives us for our work valuable feedback. For the testing of Bihler tools are us RM35, GRM50, GRM80, GRM80E, MC42, MC82 and a Mach 1/7 available. In conventional stamping machines are possible tool trials under production conditions up to a force of 160 tons on a 1600 kN Imperial press. The maximum tool length is 1250 mm.

Technical springs for industrial applications

We produce our technical springs according to your wishes and specifications. We can handle all customary spring steels constisting of chromium-nickel, copper, bronze, brass, nickel silver, heating element wire and other special materials.
Surface treatmens are processed if desired. Please request your stamping and bent parts in accordance with DIN 6930/ 6935.
We are experts for the production of technical springs especially for extreme filigree parts used for medical and dental technology (sterility), for building measurement devices (repeatable accuracy) or for hearing aids (small size of the parts).
Furthermore the technical springs of Alfred Weigel KG Federnfabrik are applicated for sun shades with a recess function.
