Schulz-punching technology, a company with over 40 years of tradition, is active on the site Halver for numerous customers at home and abroad since 1991. Manufacture on a production area of over 1,500 m² and assemble a variety of products in different specifications. Our wide range of products, which are presented on the following pages, you can accomplish almost every conceivable task in the transport of goods. Main products include Axial deep groove ball bearings, single parts and components for the storage, handling and transportation equipment, punching and stamping bending parts and accessories for the cable assembly.

Black Forest metallwarenfabrik Haugg GmbH has more als115 years of experience in tool-based sheet metal processing in the conventional processing techniques such as punching and deep drawing, both in small-series production with a single tool as well as in mass production with follow dance and progressive tool.

Our combination of tool-linked manufacturing and CNC machining possibility opens customized solutions for complex cases in the sheet metal.

The variety of available in the Haugg group joining techniques with the welding points, stud welding, seam welding, oxyacetylene, electrodes, MIG / MAG, TIG and plasma, with AC and DC power and our other joining techniques such as riveting, screwing or gluing may be mentioned here only as an example mentioned in order to illustrate the wide range of editing options.

We produce complete assembly of the item to Middle-series panels of all kinds, housing and doors, control panels and pipe racks, hoods and covers for the machine and plant engineering, electrical and electronic equipment, automotive and construction industries.

We have our own tool and fixture.

Established in 1994, ROMPRODUS is a privately-owned company based on entirely Romanian private capital.

Given the difficult economical conditions of those years, the company took its first hesitating steps in the field of die-stamping products, by purchasing two die-stamping machines on loan, working initially on customer-owned stamping-dies and on rented property. Moreover,the first employees were the two share-holders themselves.

Our first top-class customer, DACIA S.A., was a tremendous boost for the company,opening the way for a long-term collaboration, so that, for over a decade, ROMPRODUS made and sold tens of millions of brass vehicle-wiring connectors.

The steady growth of the business enabled the construction of new manufacturing premises, from personal financial resources. On the other hand, by the year 2001 we were in the position to be able to export new products to our first foreign customer, HECO HANDELS AG from Switzerland, a dealer in aluminium-blinds manufacturing, which is presently our main customer.

The company manufactures a wide range of products, namely:

* parts mounting devices and subunits for aluminium blinds
* die-stamped parts for the electrotechnical, vehicle, furniture and construction industry
* plastics-moulded and die-casting components (only zinc alloy)

The strong point of the company is the fact that we are able both to design and manufacture the complete range of stamping dies and moulds which are needed in the manufacturing process.

In order to adapt the fabrication to the increasingly high standards of global economy, our main goal is to detect all the resources and find the means to continuously improve the quality and the manufacturing capacity. Therefore, in the 2010 budget, 200000 EURO have been allocated for investment in new machinery, including two die-stamping machines, a CNC-autolathe, a wire E.D.M. and a strip-cutting machine. As for the foreseeable future, we also intend to extend our present production facilities by adding a new workshop to the existing premises, all on our account.
