In 1877 the company was founded Uebele. Since then the company has grown steadily and today offers the complete program around the punching technique. We manufacture high sophisticated tools, high-precision fine blanked parts, stamping parts, bending parts, stamping and deep drawn parts and metal pressing parts. Over 100 years ago William Pfleiderer founded his metal goods factory in Esslingen am Neckar. Today, in the third and fourth generation, the family supplies customers in the European and East Asian region. Its customers include all branches of industry which use formed without cutting sheet metal components in their products (power tools industry, automobile industry, mechanical engineering). After drawing, sample or individual information we produce stamped and formed parts of metal (eg steel DC01, DC03, DC04, St, stainless steel 1.4301, 1.4310, 1.4404. 1.4571, brass CuZn, Ms63 copper, aluminum AIMg3, Al 99.5 ) including the complete sequence processing (scrubbing, barrel finishing, grinding) and treatment (hardening, tempering, coating, galvanizing, painting) in the lot size you want. The combination of punching and bending by laser welding offers enormous material savings potential because it can replace metal-cutting manufacturing methods, such as turning or milling.The high energy density of the solid state laser allows the same high process speeds as in automated punching and bending. The thermal load of the workpieces is small. The process is constantly monitored. Manufacturing Solutions with integrated laser welding are fast, accurate and economical. When developing your parts we work closely with the world leaders Bihler and Trumpf.

Tools for chipless metal machining according to their own or according to customer drawing for parts production in our house or with our customers made. Our tool room is equipped with modern facilities, including seven three-wire and die-sinking machines and modern milling machines. Wage tools are tested in-house. This saves time and gives us for our work valuable feedback. For the testing of Bihler tools are us RM35, GRM50, GRM80, GRM80E, MC42, MC82 and a Mach 1/7 available. In conventional stamping machines are possible tool trials under production conditions up to a force of 160 tons on a 1600 kN Imperial press. The maximum tool length is 1250 mm.
