Demolition equipments, demolition attachments

Demolition and Sorting Grabs
The new generation of demolition and sorting Grabs HCG was created for compact excavators. HC grabs can be very effective for: Demolition projects, Sorting from scrap and waste, Handling. Thereby a significant reduction of the wast disposal costs is achieved.

Pulverizer, fix and rotating
The new generation of pulverisers, HCP and HCP-R have been developed for the primary and the secundary demolition. The HC-Pulverisers can be very effective, and can be used with absolute safety for demolition of constructions, brickwork, concrete plates, concrete structures and recycling activities

Concrete Crushers
Our Multiprocessors, new generation of Concrete Crushers, have been designed and developed for universal use in heavy demolition and recycling works. These are designated for 15 to 45 tons excavators. The Concrete cruschers can work very effective and trouble-free in primary and secondary demolition.

Our company has a long tradition in the production of different products from different types of sheet metal and wire.

The sheet metal thickness, which is processed by us, is between 0.4 mm and 6mm. The main body is between 0.8 and 2.5 mm and wire diameter is between 4 and 12mm.

By agreement, we offer a complete solution for your product: tool design and manufacturing, metal working, drafting, surface protection (zinc, silver, coloring, electrophoresis), packing and delivery of products to the desired location.

We are a modern family business. We are a manufacturer of high-quality serial and piece components for the engineering industry, we specialize primarily in the production and supply of CNC machined parts, weldments and machined castings.
We manufacture according to the customer's technical documentation.

Our main program is production of Al sand and permanent mould castings in a total weight of 850tons per year destined for mechanical, textile, building and automobile industry, art casting and equipment for towns and municipalities. Our mechanical work-shop provides full cutting of aluminium casts and other materials (brass, steel, plactic and others).

History of our company

Tradition of Kovolit Česká dates back to 1936 when we started with building and production of drink fittings and bell-casting. Bell-casting had been done by Mr Manousek by 1953. Afer that this production was moved to Zbraslav. The production of drink fittings was finished in 1990.
Present situation

Nowadays Kovolit Česká specializes in production of aluminium sandcasting and moulds. Our 50 years´ experience in this field represents profound knowledge that can be seen in quality and accuracy of our deliveries. Total annual production is roughly 900tons of Al moulds per year. The main customers are engineering, textile and construction companies. The weight of aluminium casts are from 0.10kg 400kg. Our foundry offers models, moulds, cores and a process of sand drying. Due to customers´ wishes we also provide heat treatment, hardening, x-ray of aluminium moulds and testing of mechanical qualities of materials. A mechanical work-shop, that provides cast machining, milling, turning, grinding, drilling, varnishing and production of mechanical parts from all kinds of materials (Al, Ms, steel, stainless steel, plactic and others), is a part of our company. Kovolit Česká employs about 130 workers.

The company Scratch Duben, spol. s ro was established in 1994 as a subsidiary of the company scratches GmbH by merging Czech and German capital. Following the example of the parent company, which operates on the market since 1962, and after the acquisition of know-how, it has set itself the goal of becoming a leading position in the field of CNC machining technology in Central Europe.

KG is a 100% owner of scratches sro The company name was changed to scratches sro. 2008, the decommissioning of old plant in Jasenna and moving into the new building of administrative and production building after Jaromere. 2008 and 2009 the production capacity was expanded by the purchase of new machinery.
