SC VIOSON PRODCOMIMPEX SRL has the metal manufacturing as main object of activity and is structured in the following compartments listed hereafter.
Metal workshop
Provided with:
• Semi-automatic band saw
• Guillotine press for sawing bars and profiles of various dimensions (max. 40 mm)
• MIG-MAG welding machine, latest German Larch generation.
Splinting processing workshop
Provided with:
• numerically controlled milling machines with a cutting stroke of 800 mm
• numerically controlled lathes with a maximum capacity of ø140
• universal machine tools
Among the products developed, we name:
- sealing labyrinth systems and Nilos sealing ring systems, for the entire range of roller conveyors used in coal transportation;
- mechanically manufacturing of spring leafs, central screws and plate spacers for IVECO and MAN trucks;
- Fixing elements for parts used in the Austrian and German Railways ;
- Spare parts for technological equipment (ex. : clamping jaws for bull-block machines) ;
- Equipment upgrading elements (ex. : friction cone coupling for precious metal mill) ;

Design workshops
Our engineers are working in CATIA and ACAD.

The VIT BUL S.R.L., is an automatic turnery, for over fifty years, established itself in the production of high-precision metal parts.
Based on our customers’ projects and samples, VIT BUL S.R.L. is able to reproduce faithfully any precision turned item, working from 3 mm to 60 mm diameter.
Upon request, we realize sampling of articles, and our technical office studies the best project in order to guarantee the lowest cost and highest functionality. We manage orders from 300/400 pieces to 50.000 pieces. Our current machinery inventory, composed by single spindle CNC and CAMMES, allows us to use every type of ferrous and non-ferrous material:

Besides our ordinary turning production, we offer also: rest-machining, boring, cutting, grinding, and assembling.
We realize an accurate control on items thank to specific optical instruments in order to verify the total lack of flaws and imperfections.
At the end, we deal with the cleansing of dirty and deoiled pieces, in order to avoid residuals.
This way, we are able to provide flawless, degreased, clean items in compliance with pollution standards. We realize also personalized assembly according to our customers’ needs, in order to deliver a ready-to-use item.

Certified partners and certified process flows and productive processes allow us to provide our customers high quality items, certified quality system
UNI EN ISO 9001:2008. ISO 9001:2008 certification determines a series of procedures that a company must follow during the productive processes and during services supplies. Follow a quality certification allow us to correctly plan every production, to program spot checks in details, and to monitor the productive process from the beginning to the end. At the end of the process flow, we make accurate tolerance tests through the compilation of technical reports. This way, we are able to guarantee control and the perfect item realization.
Our machine allows us to work from a minimum diameter of 3 mm up to a maximum of 65 mm diameter.

VOP-026 Šternberk, s.p. was established in 1951. The main production programme of the present-day Defence Production Division included repairs of armoured personnel carriers, automobiles and main battle tanks.

The production programme gradually specialized in repairing, refurbishing and upgrading infantry fighting vehicles, armoured personnel carriers, chassis for specialized applications and engineer equipment. The company ensures all these activities through its own design and technological development. The Army of the Czech Republic is our traditional customer.

Since 1995 we have been developing engineer production programme for civilian use, especially production of machined welded assemblies for construction and road building machines. This production is carried out within our Engineering Production Division.

The fixture Francis Gassner GmbH since 1990 (from 1990 to 2000 as fixture Francis Gassner) of the medium-voltage equipment, agricultural machinery industry, cleaning equipment, special machinery, automobile industry, auto to operate motorcycle tuning.

We manufacture to high quality CNC lathes and milling machines from prototypes to series production parts made of steel, non-ferrous metal and plastic.

Wärmebehandlungesverfahren and surface coating such as carburizing, nitriding, galvanizing, powder coating, anodizing, burnishing and are carried out by our long-standing, reliable suppliers.

The company Vosseler Press Tools Ltd, a manufacturer of precision tools for the solid cold hot forging and technically sophisticated products.



We are a toolmaking, consisting of 15 people and 2 trainees, who specializes in the production of cold-and Warmumformwerkzeuge.

Furthermore, we manufacture small series, as well as items. Big experiences we have in the area round grinding (eg production of cam tools). There is also the possibility, by means of a program Deform to leave a finite element calculation to perform. Also Armierungsberechnungen are possible.

Edit these orders in our own tool and mold Lichtl Kft in Tamasi / Hungary or reliable, long-term partner companies in our region Tamasi.
Through this close collaboration, we are (eg, machine frames and trusses) providing a complete package with editing and painting capable of precision components (items, small and medium series) and weldments.

We process steel, stainless steel and high-alloy tool steels as well as aluminum, copper, plastics and copper alloys.

Lichtl Tool and Mold Ltd. in Tamasi / Hungary employs 17 highly qualified employees. This design and manufacture high-precision injection molds for plastics and elastomers (including cold runner systems). Fa VVB conveys this respect tool sampling and production parts.

Our particular strengths are motors and hydraulic seals.
Its main customers are customers from the automotive, electronics and household industry.

With our ultra-modern machinery and hardened tool steels up to 60 HrC processed (HSC-milling).

We are certified to ISO 2003 since 9001.
