PK-Küpfer AG is a specialist for permanently installed facade maintenance and facade mounting systems.

We develop and manufacture Custom-made and standard equipment for driving on interior and exterior facades. Our services include all activities from the initial idea through to implementation and commissioning, as well as the subsequent maintenance of the facilities.

Our coating unit is equipped with a sand blasting machine and coating, can thus complete the surface treatment delivered and self-manufactured designs finished.

We produce sheet metal parts for a large number of different products. It includes both small and medium runs as well as single pieces and prototypes. Sheetmetal Deal example provides the sheet metal for ship doors and shutters, washing machines, egg grading, packaging, sports and playground equipment, pipe grinders, belt grinders, stone cutters, trailers, cars, salt spreaders, switch cabinets, beds, gas tanks and stole illuminations. The company:

The company Plasmanitriertechnik was established in September 1996 by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Sabine Böhm founded. The goal was and is to offer plasma heat treatment as a contract manufacturer, as well as promote research and development in the fields of plasma and materials technologies and associated systems engineering.

Since its establishment, our company has become a reliable partner for the machinery and vehicle and tool making. The services and core competencies of wage treatment include plasma nitriding, plasma nitrocarburizing and oxidation.Capacity for the processes offered are steadily built up to meet the growing demand for these Oberflächenh��rtungsmöglichkeiten can.

In the meantime more than 15 years of business, the company can look back on a steady development. Quickly rose to the top customer number and order volumes, so now have 8 plants for plasma nitriding and nitrocarburizing in operation. With the move from the old location in the center of Chemnitz technology to its current location in the Robert-Blum-Str. in Chemnitz in 2005, this possibility was created for this extension. Since 2005, the plants are built themselves and, since 2010, the construction is performed in-house. In addition to building their own systems also several engineering projects for various customers were realized.

In addition to the wage treatment plant and existing technologies in research and development projects developed, established innovative procedures, as well as designed and constructed new facilities.Research topics include the plasma polishing, atmospheric plasma treatment, and the use of existing technology in new application areas. It is working closely with a variety of partners from industry, universities and research institutions.

The number of employees has been expanded from an initial 2 now on 12 full and part-time employees. Many trainees have completed their required internships. Students of universities and technical colleges, and technical schools enrolled diploma, bachelor and technicians working on topics of plasma nitriding and related topics.

For the future is important for us not to stand still, but develop ourselves. With research and development projects, we intend to further develop the technology. New facilities should be designed and constructed. In best way we want to be there for our customers and the orders done quickly and in very good quality.

With new coating systems and services and services related to PVD high performance coatings PLASMOTEC contributes to the success of many innovative applications and processes. High performance coatings are much more sustainable impact in the coming years, manufacturing and mechanical technologies than even many professionals have imagined today. Our focus is in the areas of precision components, surgical instruments and tools for cutting and forming.

We are a family company Plastosteel from the Ptuj area, which primarily deals with the mechanical processing of metals, plastics and other technical materials. The beginnings of the company date back to 1999, when the owner and founder Zvonko Serdinšek started his afternoon trade in mechanical processing. The company grew over time, and in 2021 we reached the point where we switched from an afternoon craft to the company Plastosteel d.o.o.. In 2022, we successfully moved to new premises and expanded our machinery park. The company currently employs 5 people on a regular basis and we also have 3 external employees.
Along with many years of experience and knowledge, our main advantages are quality, speed, reliability and flexibility.
