Like many successful start-ups today, our company began life in a garage. Or more accurately, in a basement - where, in 1933, Fritz Eisenmann began using a specially modified casting machine which even then achieved the breathtaking precision of one hundredth of a millimeter.
This legendary device laid the foundation for our current manufacturing operations. In fact, the old machine is still in good working order, and is used for training purposes- carrying on our founder´s tradition of striving for perfection.

EKESAR, was founded as a private company in January 2016 for the production of metal parts.

Capa usage is 75% of which 65% export %35 domestic, with 8 WCE and 25 BCE a total of 33 MA, we provide precise project performance on 1850m2 production, 250m2 office, 200m2 supporting process total 2300m2 area.

We are able to handle small and medium-size sheets up to a thickness of 6 mm 2 punch or punch-laser combination. Here both spouts and threads can be formed. The combination of punching and laser embossing and round shapes are possible.

On 3 brakes sheets can be up to 2.50 m folded or folded.

When pressing both screws, bolts or the nuts are pressed at high pressure into the sheet metal part, thus creating a tight connection. Thus, a quick and easy processing can be guaranteed by the assembly.

Additional processing steps such as welding, spot welding, grinding, deburring, threading, etc. are also carried out by us.

In addition to the surface finish we also offer still on the pad printing and assembly of components.

Powder coating

The surface treatment may be performed on three powder coating systems. For your surfaces, the environmentally friendly powder coating technology is a durable and contemporary solution.
By appropriate design of our coating systems, we are able to cover a wide range of coating parts. We are able to coat both small series and large series economical.
We can respond with our own frame work to the needs of our customers and ensure efficient production especially in large series of small articles.

Electro Alfa CM Srl, part of Electroalfa Group, is a Romanian (East European) based designer, mechanical subcontractor and manufacturer of sheet metal parts using a complete line of technologies for steelworks, i.e.: steel cutting, laser cutting for sheets and tubes, CNC punching, CNC bending, CNC tube bending, steel rolling, various types of welding (MIG/MAG, VIG/VAG, pressure welding, bolt welding, robot welding), powder painting with nano ceramic surface treatment and fast shift of colors in an automated Cyclotron booth, electrochemical zinc plating, polyurethane gasketing. We are offering advanced mechanical design capabilities by using Autocad & Solid Works and process normal steel, aluminized, galvanized, stainless, brass and aluminum. Electroalfa Group is a Romanian industrial group of companies specialized in the design and manufacturing of electrical equipment, design and manufacturing of steel parts, various EPC projects and renewable energy projects. Electroalfa runs an R&D Center fitted with a testing laboratory facility for in-house tests like: salt mist test, IP degree testing against water and dust, product behavior at temperature variations (thermal chamber), temperature rise test according IEC EN standards for electrical switchboards up to 8000 A.

We are specialised in precision turning, milling, drilling, pressing, and welding. Additionally, we also provide all types of surface finishing.

Our production program consists of a wide range of individual parts and final products. Our typical final products include : electrical switchboards, electronic cabinets, tempering units, billboards, advertising and signing panels. All these products are produced in accordance to the specification of our customers and their requirements.

Quality of our production is controlled also by 3D measurement system and we have been holder of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate continuously since 1998.
