Gabriele and Peter Paul Payr started as entrepreneurs in 1998. In the years that followed, the number of employees grew steadily and reached 20 in 2007. As a result of extensive engineering projects and the development of PAYR Production, the number of employees continued to grow - currently 55 people are employed.

Peter Paul Payr has been living out his vision of "We are PAYR!" for 20 years. An extensive investment and organizational development project is now helping to ensure growth for the company and develop confidence for the future. PCS Precision Works Hennef GmbH defines itself as a full-service supplier offering development work, including sample production, through to series and large-scale production. We are a third-generation owner-managed metal processing company. Our production facilities are located in Finnentrop in the Sauernald Region in Germany (near Cologne). Our production focus is complex turned, bent, and milled parts.

Many of the parts we manufacture have very high quality specifications, are express orders, have small batch sizes or are distinct from other perspectives. We, for instance, process north of 200 materials, many of which we have in stock. Also parts with extraordinary dimensions, such as threaded parts with a length of 6.5 metres or more, are part of our job range.
