Punch Powertrain is an international player, with a strong presence in Europe and China. In addition to the headquarter in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, the company runs 6 more R&D centers, located in Germany (2), France (1), the Netherlands (1) and China (1), allowing close cooperation with the customer and short communication lines. Economies of scale are achieved by concentrating production in 3 facilities in Belgium and China.

PWG was established in 1980 and is an independent family. Our headquarters is located in Herbrechtingen (Baden-Württemberg), Germany.

We manufacture according to customer specifications rubber rollers, foam rollers and steel rollers for renowned manufacturers, different purposes and industries. Next we finished on our CNC lathes (short and long Dreher) Turned parts as a contract manufacturer.

In our CNC production we use modern CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. These machining centers are controlled by CAD-CAM programming systems. The process chain we pursue of prototypes to serial production for our customers. Prototyping, tooling and fixtures with its own design are of course in our process chain.
