CNC turning
Production lot: 100 - 50,000
Size range: 5 - 65 mm, length 350 mm

All of our CNC lathes are equipped with integrated rear-face machining and driven benenen tools. This with up to 11 axes equipped machines have also partly on B + Y axes.Therefore, we are able to completely restore even the most complex turned parts with low tooling costs without further post-processing

Curve knitted Euere lathes
Production lot: 50 - 1 million units
Size range: 1 - 36 mm, length up to 1000 mm

Turned parts with mild to moderate difficulty are made on our cam-controlled automatic lathes. Thread milling and Polygon are made in addition to the normal turning.

Plain turning
Production lot: 100 - 50000 pieces
Size range 5-26 mm, length up to 280 mm


In the long range of rotation, our machines are also equipped with integrated rear-face machining, driven tools and Y axis.

Mill

Since 1988 we have been a recognized workshop for mentally handicapped people who, due to the type and severity of their disability, cannot be employed on the general labor market, or can no longer or not yet be employed again.

In our metal processing we have the possibility to produce turned and milled parts on modern CNC lathes and the 3-axis machining center. In addition, we can offer cuts on vertical circular saws and band saws.
In addition to metal processing, we have several assembly and packaging groups at our site where parts can be assembled and packaged.

compensatory levy

According to the Social Security Code (SGB) IX § 71, every company with at least 20 employees is obliged to employ severely disabled people. The employment rate is 5%, so that for every 20 employees, one severely disabled person has to be hired. If this percentage is not reached, a monthly compensatory fee must be paid.

An order placed with the St. Josefs-Werkstätten Plaidt helps you to minimize these costs or save them entirely, since you can offset 50% of the work included in our invoice amount against the compensatory levy to be paid.

The respective amount is shown separately on the invoice and can therefore be used immediately as a certificate for the integration office.
