With a team of around 40 skilled professionals, we specialize in thermoplastic injection services, providing our valued customers with top-notch 1K and 2K injection solutions. Additionally, we offer assembly services for components, tapes, and more.

To achieve this, we boast a modern fleet of machines, featuring units with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 900 tons. Among these, we proudly include two-component injection and gas-aided injection systems. To streamline operations and reduce costs, a significant number of machines are equipped with robots, enabling shorter shot cycles and minimizing part handling.

At SOARPLASTICOS, we approach projects with dedication from their early stages. We are more than willing to collaborate with clients during product development, offering valuable insights to achieve the most suitable geometries for stable and efficient processes. In essence, we strive to find the best-fitted solution for each client.

Our expertise lies in producing plastic components, often incorporating metallic inserts. To ensure comprehensive service, we partner with specialized external vendors for finishings such as painting, cataphoresis, or chroming. Moreover, we excel in complete system assembly, meticulously adhering to supply plans, many of which are conveniently received through EDI.

Over time, we have heavily invested in bi-component technology. Today, we boast Engel machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 tons to 600 tons, designed to accommodate tools with inner kinematics, robot transfer, and more.

Since 1990, the former blacksmith and locksmith developed into a modern metal construction company. Today we are active in the areas of metal, staircases, structural steel, stainless steel processing, industrial assembly and corrosion protection. Quality, reliability, flexibility and customer focus are essential cornerstones of our work.

This is what a team of currently 10 qualified employees in planning, production and assembly. For more than 30 years, "Metal Kuhla" also for competence in constructive Staircase.

Based on our technical knowledge and years of experience, we can create different complex elements that meet various standards and requirements. the team consists of experts with a lot of experience in the field of development and production in the metalworking industry.

Coating of plastic, glass, metal and carbon surfaces

Teknikal Aluminum started production in 2006 with a 700 ton extrusion press. Teknikal invested with the aim of increasing the production volume and the quality of its products. In 2015, a dedicated production line was set up in the Gebze industrial region. Today Teknikal has three extrusion presses with capacities of 1800 tons, 1250 tons and 1100 tons; three electrostatic powder coating lines and one mechanical processing line.
