The NRU GmbH was founded in 1992 as NRU precision technology GbR by the three partners Dr. Jürgen Jahn, Dr. Ludwig Kant and Dr. Hubert Zeidler. In 1999 2007, the company name, the company name was changed to Precision Technology GmbH NRU and renamed NRU GmbH. The objective at its foundation was, with new developments in the field of rapid prototyping, such as stereolithography to combine classical manufacturing methods such as casting, and so to allow effective production of investment castings in small quantities. Hence the three current main business areas have developed: precision casting - Rapid Prototyping - plastic vacuum casting. Our first office is many of our customers as a "kindergarten" - known - a former daycare. Since the end of 2006, our company is in a modern office and production building in the industrial area Neukirchen im Erzgebirge. The production area covers about 1,500 square meters. Our main clients we have in many different industries, such as automotive industry, electrical industry, medical, appliance. In 2013, the course for the new generation were asked in the company. Foundry RAFAMET Ltd provides a comprehensive package of casting services, ranging from analysis and the development of technical documentation, through the execution of pattern units up to casting and machining.

We are also offering: shot blasting, heat treatment and repairs as well as laboratory services and measurement.

The vast majority of our products are grey and ductile castings for engineering, shipbuilding, energy and mining industries.

We specialize in production of iron in the following grades:

Cast iron: 200, 250, 300 and 350 according to PN/EN 1561
Weight range 500 – 40.000 kg.
Ductile iron: 400-12, 400-15, 400-18, 500-7, 600-3 and 700-2 according to PN/EN 1563
Weight range: 500 – 30.000 kg.

The production capacity is 7000 tons per year.

Stable mechanical properties and low varied hardness of produced cast iron have a great impact on their suitability for structure components for all kinds of metal processing machines.

Also, characteristic for cast iron resistance to transfer and damping the vibrations, is one of the biggest advantages of this material.

This means that the vast majority of manufacturers of metal processing machines, especially those for whom the accuracy, precision and quality of the machines is the most important, uses cast iron as the primary material in their designs.

Our products range includes: machine beds, tables, racks, support beams, slides, bodies of horses, carriage bodies, machine bodies, parts of pumps, flywheels, gear box housing, bearing housing, frames and covers for engine. We specialize in large-scale castings made in ground pits with dimensions max. 20000 x 4000 x 2000.

PTG GmbH was founded on November 10th, 2006 by the company Gröber Metallverarbeitung. The core competence in surface finishing through superfinishing was supplemented by the strategic procurement management of drawing parts and assemblies as well as the trade in sliding elements.

Riedmüller Kunststofftechnik GmbH in Radolfzell operates successfully in three specialized segments:
-Acrylic glass processing and embedding of objects for advertising and technology.
-Machining, milling, turning, gluing, bending, laser cutting and finishing by printing and engraving.
-Injection molding technology with the latest machinery from construction to the finished article.
