Simplastic is a Portuguese thermoplastic injection company, that supplies a service going from design and development to assembly, including supply chain management. We produce semi and finished products with metallic, electric and electronic components, providing time proven integrated solutions. We have 45 years of experience producing for and working closely with clients in several sectors, such as household appliances, electronics, lighting systems, robotics, agriculture, etc.

We present our company in the field of mold and tool making, founded in 1997 and restarted in 2012. We have many years of extensive experience, from planning and organization through construction to the manual and machine production of investment casting and injection molds.
At the moment we have four employees - an increase in staff to seven to eight employees is planned for the future.
Skrotzky Formenbau works with the latest CAD / CAM technology in conjunction with the latest CNC milling machines, which enables us to manufacture components with freeform surfaces and volume models of the highest complexity and difficulty.
Future-oriented thinking and working is our goal. The company is therefore modernly equipped and technically up to date.

To achieve this, we boast a modern fleet of machines, featuring units with clamping forces ranging from 40 to 900 tons. Among these, we proudly include two-component injection and gas-aided injection systems. To streamline operations and reduce costs, a significant number of machines are equipped with robots, enabling shorter shot cycles and minimizing part handling.

At SOARPLASTICOS, we approach projects with dedication from their early stages. Our expertise lies in producing plastic components, often incorporating metallic inserts. To ensure comprehensive service, we partner with specialized external vendors for finishings such as painting, cataphoresis, or chroming. Moreover, we excel in complete system assembly, meticulously adhering to supply plans, many of which are conveniently received through EDI.

Over time, we have heavily invested in bi-component technology. Today, we boast Engel machines with clamping forces ranging from 400 tons to 600 tons, designed to accommodate tools with inner kinematics, robot transfer, and more.

Sobelcomp is a Belgium industrial sub-contractor founded in 2006 who studies and produces parts made from composite materials for clients.

As a compagny active in the Aerospace and defence sectors it has committed to a high-quality approach and has had its quality management system certified according to standard AS/EN/JISQ 9100 (and ISO 9001).

Also convinced that innovation is the driving force behind its activity Sobelcomp has invested for many years in the development of its engineering office.


The services we provides through our engineering office are :

Through our workshop, parts are :

Manufactured using different processes like RTM, RTM Light, Infusion, Pre preg
Assembled by gluing or riveting
Painted in our painting booth
We are able to produce 10 to 5000 parts per year each weighing between 5 and 200 kg.

Concerning quality :

We are able to do no destructif testing (NDT). In fact we are EN4179 certified to do infrared testing also called thermography.
We are also able to do dimentional inspection with our 3D faro arm.

SOMEIL is specialized in zamak 5 (z410 / zinc alloy) diecasting and electroplating treatment (nickel or chrome finishing) in-house.
We have the expertise and resources to help you from project design/mold manufacturing to the final product delivery.

We have human and material resources to assist you from the Mold design/manufactoring to delivery of the final product.
