As a metalworker, we have several CNC bending machines with which we can also create complex tube geometries.

Combicore processes materials such as steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper). We assemble bent tubes and profiles into ready-to-assemble end products.

With our multiple award-winning Combicore casting cores, you can create channels for cooling or oil supply in cast parts.
Combicore cores consist of a shaped metal casing and a special filling material. This means that Combicore cores are extremely stable and can also be used reliably in high pressure die casting (HPDC). At over 1200 bar Combicore casting cores still retain their shape.
Media-carrying channels are implemented efficiently, quickly, reliably and cost-effectively in one pour. Finally, the filling is removed and the metal casing remains as a channel in the cast part.
In this way, highly efficient cooling channels are created, which ensure optimal temperature control of the near-net shape cast part. Lubrication channels are also typical applications in the automotive sector.
With Combicore, casting cores can be used in high pressure die casting for the first time.

Our company CO.ME.PA. srl has been operating in the industry of mechanical machining, mainly for third parties, for several years and has a workforce of 11 employees.

Its registered office and operative premises are located in Casalmaggiore (Italy), in Via Galluzzi. We currently have a covered production unit of 3100m.
