The company Integral Makina sees itself with its long-standing and qualified staff as a traditional but modern positioned and competitive manufacturer of components for the Maschienenbau, Textilmaschienen, Medical Instrument Industry, Mechanical biomedical sector, automotive industry, construction industry, graphic and optical industry, etc.

History of the company “INTERSKELE-LEŠKO” dates back to the 80's as a craft and the beginning of its activity is focused on machine metal processing. The company has been constantly evolving over the years with technologies and machines like CNC turning and milling, sawing, TIG and MIG/MAG welding, hydraulic press, and machines for polishing stainless steel. Our advantage is flexibility and complete customization to customers' wishes. Our team is available to costumers all the time for mutual agreements. We supply construction equipment on domestic and foreign markets. With the constant presence on the market we felt the need for producing stainless steel elements. So today we have more than two hundred high quality stainless steel elements in the production process

In the stainless steel segment, customer requirements are increasingly moving towards mechanically processed or ready-to-install parts and complete solutions. We have the relevant expertise here and have meanwhile become an important system supplier for many of our customers.

This is possible because we have been investing in our own production process since 2012. A competent team with experienced stainless steel workers and a modern machine park guarantee quality and short lead times. We work with drawing parts in medium size (max. 1 meter), where particular finishing’s are in higher accuracy required with very small tolerances.

Being on the market for many years, Clock 1200 ensures high precision, speed and reliability.

The X axis guide on two different levels makes the carriage unit extremely rigid, globally increasing machine performance and cutting volume.

Equipped with the vertical continuously rotating table, Clock 1200 can turn into a multitasking machine capable of turning, milling and grinding.

The ICTT process for polygon production is unique in the world

The ICTT non-circular machining process for shafts and hubs was developed by Iprotec GmbH over many years and made ready for series production. This enables the highly economical production of almost any polygonal contours. Particular emphasis was placed on the fact that the process can be easily integrated into different machine concepts and that the process is transparent and easy to use for the user. Appropriate software tools support developers, work planners, machine operators and measurement technicians in using this unique machining technology.
