We work for you according to drawing, standard or sample, as single piece or in serial numbers up to more than 20000 pcs / a. We can ensure our high quality and reasonable prices by means of a modern production and a large selection of suitable machines.

On our CNC lathes (Traub, Kern, Spinner, Mori-Seiki) we produce from bar up to 60mm, in the chuck we work up to 350mm also with driven tools.

The company Jürgen Escher Labeling and Plant Technology, Service
and Handel, was founded in October 1997 by Jürgen Escher in Merdingen
(near Freiburg im Breisgau).

The technical and professional know-how was acquired by the company founder
over several years at Krones-Maschinenbau in Neutraubling.

Due to the ever increasing demand, the production of spare parts for labeling and filling machines has been steadily expanded over the years.

Since August 2018 our machine park has been equipped with a Studer S33 CNC cylindrical grinding machine for which we are happy to accept subcontract orders.

To support our customers even better in mass production, the Jütte rotation GmbH was founded on 01.01.2004. We currently employ 8 people.

In accordance with the wishes of our customers, we manufacture steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics from small series to 50,000 units / year.

The collaboration with companies from the surface and hardening technology and assembly in your own home, allow us to offer a manufacturing to assembly.

2007/08, a new hall was built, because the old hall was too small.

We are a solid, medium-sized automatic lathe and provide our customers since 1953 precision turned parts using the best quality.



Over the decades, our Automatendreherei developed into an innovative and leading manufacturer of complex machined parts which we manufacture according to drawings for our clients.



Small and medium series, especially brass and aluminum turned parts are our strength. Regarding the result of our processing machining parts we offer beyond galvanizing, nickel, hardening, bronzing, chrome plating, anodizing, electropolishing and grinding.
