Manufacturing firm KMM Processing SIA is a proud member of KMM Metāls group of companies. KMM Processing provides qualitative services in the field of precise CNC lathe machining of bronze, brass, aluminum alloys as well as diverse steels on high-performance conventional type CNC turning machines.

Output of KMM Processing has a wide range of application in such areas as shipbuilding, automotive and vehicle construction, hydraulics, machine building and others. From prototypes to mass production - you are correct!

KMS CNC Solutions is a medium-sized contract manufacturing operation in the field of machining. We support our clients in the preparation and optimization of prototypes and serial products made of various materials.

Flexible & timely
Through close communication with our material suppliers as well as a material bearing with the most common materials and dimensions, we are able to respond flexibly and quickly in time-critical orders. Our many years of experience within the manufacturing enables us even the most complex requirements in a timely manner and to realize with the utmost precision.

As an efficient supplier, we offer you turned parts that can be manufactured according to your wishes and specifications in our 200m² production hall and delivered on time. We will produce your desired turned parts for you promptly on our Okuma CNC lathes based on drawings, sketches or samples. Bar work up to a diameter of 65 mm and saw sections up to a diameter of 300 mm can be manufactured. Both small and large series are possible. We are looking forward to your request. The company was formed in 2001 out of the idea, CNC - programs for sale. It was first performed avocational industry. This idea was the foundation for the later name:
KncP
K = construction
ncP = CNC - programs.
It followed the decision, also yet to be made to the programs parts. In 2002, a used CNC was from private sources - milling machine purchased, the second CNC 2005 - milling followed. The customer base expanded steadily, the avocation supplanted the little free time almost entirely, so that in June 2008 it was clear the decision to full independence. In September 2008, the production profile was through the acquisition of a new CNC - lathe should be considerably extended (CTX 410). Since the order situation remained stable despite the crisis, a new CNC was established in March 2010 - milling machine purchased (DMC 750V with 4th axis).
Other customers were added, bringing the changed requirements of the machinery again.In October 2011, a new high-speed CNC milling machine (microns) was added to the mold manufacturing. For the further expansion of the production spectrum, the second older machine could by a new 5 axis - CNC milling machine to be replaced (Hermle B300U). This project and the purchase of the factory building and the associated land was implemented in October 2012.
