Our CNC turning machinery possesses magazine auto bar feeders and can manufacture parts measuring up to 60mm in diameter and 600mm in length. We can also chuck individual work pieces measuring up to 350mm in diameter.

We are a service provider for the mechanical manufacturing and processing of products using CNC lathes and milling machines (mechanical traverse 700 mm). Our activities include contract manufacturing of parts (prototypes) to small series and all other mechanical work.

Whether conventional or CNC machining, through our years of experience, we guarantee you the most economical manufacturing methods.

We are suppliers of individual parts and small series in the area of turning, milling and drilling. Our company works in accordance with DIN ISO9001 and a certified control program, where every work step is recorded and recorded with measurement reports. Upon request, the protocol will be given to our customer. We are authorized to re-stamp by TÜV Nord 3.1 B. Our customers include world-famous companies in the fields of conveyor, air conditioning, medical, food, control technology, hydraulic systems, industrial brake systems, machine and apparatus construction, petroleum industry and much more. Our additional strengths are thread manufacturing. Materials that are difficult to machine, such as duplex and inconel, do not pose any major problems due to our many years of experience.

M.D.M. was founded in 1996 operating in the automatic turning sector. In 2001, adapting to market requirements, it settled in its current headquarters in Bastia di Rovolon, completely renovating its machine park to dedicate itself exclusively to C.N.C. technology, specifically 3/4/5 axis turning and milling.
A metrology room is also set up which, equipped with the most modern measuring technology, guarantees the quality of the finished product.
M.D.M. is therefore able to provide a certification of conformity of the machinings performed for those Companies that require the Free-Pass delivery system.
MDM also makes use of a Cad-Cam station, to design and draw any detail according to the specific needs of each customer.

MEC4I - Mechanical Cluster for Innovation is a group formed by 5 companies operating in the field of precision machining. Actually, the group have 40 NC centers (turning, milling EDM); of these, 12 are 5-axis. The group employs more than 100 people. The manufactured parts are used in many different applications, including aerospace, defense, oil and gas, packaging, biomedical, motorsport. The business proposal is manufacturing of mechanical parts on drawing, both as individual pieces or assembled groups. There is also the capacity to operate as prime contractor for the management of complex systems.

MECABOSCH, is a machining workshop with more than 45 years at the service of the industry, with extensive experience in mechanization and productive know-how, which has allowed it to build customer loyalty, always providing an adequate response to their demands.
With a qualified team of 40 people, and facilities of more than 3,000 m2, including 600 m2 for assemblies, we offer a comprehensive service to the engineering and manufacturing industry of machinery and capital goods.

Since 1997, our company has been manufacturing mechanical parts for
third parties. We are specialized in CNC mechanical machining to
produce prototypes and small to medium series batches.
