The company UKM Vehicle Parts GmbH has specialized in the production of precision parts with a high technological content. Through our years of experience we have established ourselves as a reliable partner. Our customers are automobile manufacturers or reputable suppliers in the automotive industry.

We manufacture large and small series according to drawings or samples with single-spindle automatic lathes from the manufacturer Traub (A15, A20, A25) and Index (25, C29, B60), as well as special designs with eye-hand coordination.

Our repertoire includes the production of short turned parts in a wide range of metallic round materials, such as free cutting steel, brass, VA, aluminum, gunmetal, etc. in the area of
ø 3mm to ø 60mm and a length of up to 190mm - and this at competitive prices.

Our focus is in the production of complex and high-precision individual parts and small series for machine building. We manufacture and install assemblies to the finished machine including commissioning and function test. And that since 1995. Our production range we include any kind of turning, milling, grinding, drilling, painting, and assembling.

Technical strengths

Ranging from transfer units, machining centers, tool grinding, induction hardening machines, electron beam welding machines, special purpose grinding machines for the aircraft to complex devices for the automotive supplier industry.

• These are our modern manufacturing. Through the consistent expansion of the production machinery machining centers we are very flexible in processing.We produce cubic components up to a size of 1.80 mx 1.80 mx 1.8 m with the highest accuracy (5 μ).
• All machining centers have tool storage with 240-350 tools, palettes, and swivel heads with 5-side machining. In this way we minimize the set up time and can go unmanned shifts.
• With our modern universal grinding machines, we can thread, out of round, grind inside and waves up to a size of 200 mm dia x 1400 mm with an accuracy of 1 μ.
• With our modern "pick-up" machine, we can carry out the complete turning and milling of turned parts cost. And this up to a diameter of 400 mm.
• We assume 3D data into a modern programming system of Open Mind. This error can be prevented and fast programming of the machine is guaranteed.
• All parts that we deal with are measured in our quality assurance with modern Zeiss measuring machines and creates audit logs.
• All this is a guarantee for quality and precision.

We are a small company that does small batch projects in milling,welding and CAD/CAM programming,
We are on the market for almost ten years now, in this time we managed to become a reliable partner for machining and in general a solution provider for small batch production in aluminum, stainless steel, plastics.

Other than machining we can offer complete solutions in hydraulics, manufacturing of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic seals (on demand as cnc machined seals), hydraulic generators and other equipment in the area of hydraulics. We produce hydraulic presses up to 150 tons of pressure acc to customer specification or need.

We can offer a few of our products that we produce on demand such as Vacuum table clamping of parts for cnc milling machines, electrochemical marking for various materials such as stainless steel, aluminum,...

On demand we produce tables for 3D measuring arms and we perform 3D meausring up to 1,8 meters in diameter.

We can do R/D projects and make 3D models in Solidworks CAD system as well as programming of CNC machines in SolidCAM software.

Aluminum can get forged? YES!

Umformtechnik Radebeul GmbH specializes in drop forging parts made of aluminum. Design and construction of the tooling as well as mechanical machining are done quasi in house, using modern CAD/CAM equipment and up-to-date machinery. The Know-how of our personnel guarantees a solid, rapid, and professional handling of your welcomed orders. Depending on customer preference, we can initially create aluminum prototypes.

We have 7 friction press machines with a press capacity of up to 16,000 kN available. Work pieces with up to 7 kg blank weight can be manufactured.

A final treatment of the forged parts is optional. Chemical etching with sodium hydroxide or blasting with corundum, glass, aluminum or stainless steel balls gives the parts a special surface finish, which serves as the base for further surface refinement.

We serve the automotive industry (2-wheel and 4-wheel) as well as manufacturers of valves, electrical fittings, awnings, solar technique, alpine sports industry and many others.

We are happy to deliver small (less than 100 parts per year) as well as large (several hundred thousands per year) amounts.
