ELEKTROMECHANIKA Úvaly s.r.o. is a company which has a long tradition of providing quality service in the engineering market.

Since our inception, we have concentrated on producing and assemblying of preciselly machined parts made from various materials (steel, Inox, aluminium, copper, plastic, bronze, …) for a number of industrial sectors.

We are specialised in precision turning, milling, drilling, pressing, and welding. Additionally, we also provide all types of surface finishing.

Our production program consists of a wide range of individual parts and final products. Our typical final products include : electrical switchboards, electronic cabinets, tempering units, billboards, advertising and signing panels. All these products are produced in accordance to the specification of our customers and their requirements.

Quality of our production is controlled also by 3D measurement system and we have been holder of the ISO 9001:2000 certificate continuously since 1998.

With the name LH (later ELHA), which is composed of the abbreviation for "Liemke Hövelhof", a company for the manufacture of machine tools for the wood and metal processing industry emerged around 1930 from an electrical trade.

Today we are known for tailor-made machining centers, special machines and production modules. Many industries, including slewing bearing manufacturers, automobile manufacturers and their suppliers trust our experience and competence in the development and implementation of highly productive machining processes as well as the design and manufacture of mostly metal-cutting machine tools and turnkey solutions.

Our 240 employees work responsibly on the constant improvement of product and service quality in order to guarantee reliability and maintainability. The satisfaction of our customers but also of our employees are our top priority.

We offer them a complete service, from design and prototypes to small series in general steel construction with a focus on turning and additive plastic manufacturing.

For more than 45 years we have worked successfully as a tool, fixture and contract manufacturer for renowned national clients.

Our qualified staff of 16, modern machinery and certified management systems guarantee for efficiency, quality and delivery reliability.

We mill to max. 1350x400x400mm and 1 to 8 weight on CNC machining centers and 2 conventional milling machines, turning to 8 CNC lathes up to 1 Ø880x1600mm and weight.

Using the latest CNC technology and CAD CAM systems the greatest possible cost with the highest quality and short delivery times will be agreed.

With the 5 and 4 axis machining centers with up to 18000 U / min milling of complex contours is possible.

The 4-axis mill-turn produce turned parts including milling in one setup with maximum productivity.

For the tool and our CNC EDM machine is optimal with 8-fold electrode changer.

We also have 2 round and 1 flat grinding machine, three conventional lathes, 2 conventional milling tool, one conventional EDM machines, measuring machines, Zett measuring 6-articulated arm and many other drills, hand tools, etc.

With the company move in 2013, Elpas gained a production area of 5,000 m2. Thus we were able to expand our machine park immensely and optimize our production processes. Our goal is to achieve the best possible customer satisfaction and product quality with the existing competition in the automotive industry.

It is important for us to provide technical advice before and after the start of the project, any suggestions / suggestions for improvement for product design and the best possible planning of the necessary tools, test devices, etc.

We specialize in the production of complex turned and turn-mill parts. Particularly, gearing parts and drive components are our passion. Due to our extensive manufacturing know-how as well as our versatile machines, we are able to economically and productively manufacture small to medium (five-digit) quantities. Our standard materials are high-strength aluminum alloys and steel, as well as stainless steel and titanium.

ELTRAS d.o.o. is a family-owned business employing around 35 people.
We have at our disposal over 3000 square meters of production areas that are equipped with all the necessary machinery for the manufacture of various mechanical components used in the field of manufacturing process automation. Our machinery fleet includes a complete assortment of processing machinery, ranging from classic (lathes, milling machines, hydraulic shears, a hydraulic bending machine) to CNC processing machines; it allows us to handle large and complex workpieces.

In addition to individual machines manufactured according to our own documentation or the plans of our clients, we also take on completed deals according to the “fully-functional turn-key" principle, where we first cooperate with the client to resolve the technological requirements and then do the rest ourselves; this involves: design, execution, installation and test-runs. In extensive and more demanding projects, we link up with established companies, especially in the area of software and hardware for computer guided automated production.
