With our skilled employees, we manufacture the most modern CNC-controlled lathes and milling machines sophisticated, versatile precision parts in series 10-5000 piece of all common materials.

Our flexible production processes offer here the appropriate basis for the best possible implementation of your individual specifications.

In cooperation with long-term partners, we offer the parts we wish including surface and heat treatments such as anodizing, grinding, chrome plating, nickel plating, zinc plating or hardening of ready to assemble. This reduces the cost and shortening the delivery time.

The assembly of complete assemblies according to your specifications we carry out professionally.

With production areas of Ø 8-250 mm of turned parts and up to 1,000 mm length with milled parts we are able to meet your small and large requests with the utmost precision.

Eshuis Metaal BV can rely on over 30 years of experience in supplying several turned/milled components to a wide range of industries with a core competence in production of hydraulic components. In our well equipped machine shop, well trained employees produce high quality precision components. We are specialized in repeating medium sized production runs in which optimizing productivity and quality results in the best value for money to our customers.

A creative and innovative way of thinking in joining our employees and modern equipment has resulted in high efficiency. That’s why we’re capable of producing medium sized batches in a competitive way. All order- and production data will be stored accurately in our ERP-system which is running through our whole company.
