Since its founding in 2000, we as a young company providing customized, sophisticated metal component any types that exactly match the requirements and wishes of our customers in the form, size and material. In addition to our core competence as a supplier of turning and milling technology, we have specialized in the field of hardware for HPLC analysis technology to provide our customers in this area, a comprehensive range of products.

We are equipped with modern CNC turning and milling centers, which are available for your requirements. We currently employ 25 people and are constantly growing. Our team consists of highly qualified, motivated and experienced professionals in the field of machining.

Our clientele include companies and organizations that are located around the world.Industries and sectors for which we have already made: electric industry, automotive industry, pharmaceutical industry, medical technology, precision optics and research institutes.

We like to contribute to the mating connector. That's why we offer you the highest precision in individual turning and milling parts, which are tailored to your needs and desires. We have already produced more than 700 different parts and are always adding new ones. Our services include, depending on the needs of both single and serial production. This means for you: You need not search for a matching part, the part you want is made for you to fit in the desired quantities.

Our special service: We advise and support you in the production of a prototype and assume all incidental activities that relate to the production of the item. If required, we can fit even your items together.

Approach a prototype design: The interested party gives us a template in the form of a drawing or a sample piece, and we produce the desired amount.If a template does not exist, we support you, that looks like this: you give us a rough draft or description of the object. We simulate the object in a tailored specially for engineers software program. You give us your parallel change requests known. After that, the object goes into production. After it comes to the production test phase. During this phase, further changes can be made. This process continues until the object corresponds to your precious ideas. You see:

Our company was founded in 1960 by Edgar and Edwin Engesser. From the outset, it is our endeavor to offer our customers maximum reliability and utility. Engineering and Machining precision is specialized in manufacturing and design of mechanical products which based on the use of CNC machine tools (8 Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes), as well as precision metal construction (Welding capacity: SMAW, MIG, TIG, ...), (20 welding stations Fronius), (Polishing equipment, sandblasting units, painting units, assembly units). EMP is EN9100 V2016 certified.

We have a high skilled and young team able to understand and to meed the higest level of customers expectation upon all standards of manufacturing and construction (ASME, ASTM, GE standards, RR standard....) and we are able to work with all kind of material both imperial & metric.
Today EMP have a good reference in flying part with AIRBUS Tier 2 and OEM (Engines) Licencies for Engine tooling & Ground Support Equipment . The main programs reference are: A380, XWB, LEAP 1A, LEAP 1B.......

The excellent Geostrategic location of Tunisia allow EMP to get order from all the world and export to any country with a good lead time.
