From the ITAG-machine factory that produced since 1930 drill pipe, drill collars and Stabiliser for drilling rigs ITAG own ITAG L & R has developed since the 70s into a highly specialized job shop of very long and round precision parts and special threads for machine, ship - and plant engineering and railway waves and high-pressure pipes.

The company's core competencies are the deep-hole drilling in steel up to 20 m depth, longitudinal turning up to 30 m length of the component, cutting control, special and Prämiumgewinden up to 24½ ", the joining and surfacing as well as the production and repair of drill pipe and casing pipes according to customer specifications to our modern manufacturing facilities.

Deep hole drilling:
in steel and high-strength alloys up to 20 m in length

Swiss turning:
of parts up to 30 m in length and 40 tonnes in weight.

Aim:
with up to 1250 tonnes to 0.1 mm per meter of length exactly.

Grinding, Honing & rolling:
grated to Ra 0.8 microns, honed to Ra 0.2 microns.

Routing Bohrwerksbearbeitungen:
with Fräswegen to 5500 x 1200 x 1500 mm.

Since 2000 , ITC has established its first production capacities in metal processing, and after that it began with the production of metal structures, transport systems for industry, process equipment and mining equipment in the underground exploitation and mashining. ITC has the capability to perform complex tasks in the field of manufacturing and erection of steel structures and various types of maintenance in industrial plants. ITC Zenica pays great attention to education and training of their employees. I&T Metall was founded in 1994. As a subcontractor, our main goal is to meet the customer's requirements in terms of quality and deadline.

We manufacture labor-intensive and high-precision parts on modern processing centers. Since 1999, we have experience in 4-axis milling, 4 machining centers are equipped with a rotary table.

We have extensive experience in processing various materials: plastics, composites, aluminum, non-ferrous alloys, stainless steel, cast iron, special steels, etc. In cooperation with partners, we offer customers most of the cutting, thermal and surface coating processes. We manufacture products from a single prototype to large series. The main part of our production is used by machine industry, automation equipment, medical engineering and apparatus construction companies.

The ITM was established in 1990 as a service company for steel construction, maintenance and welding technology. With the concept of planning, design, manufacture and assembly - all from a single source, the company started its business in the industry of building materials industry.

Steel construction:
