To 01.01.2007 our contract manufacturing was transferred to a GmbH & Co. KG.

We offer a modern and well-automated machinery in the fields of:

Sheet metal processing
The core of our sheet metal manufacturing is the automated warehouse with connection of procedures for processing lasers, punching and bending.
This can also be edited unmanned large series in three shifts series and individual parts or less staff.
Our automated Biegezele can take on the boards of the laser or stamping plants over the camp.
We process steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals.

Tube processing
The mandrel bending and free-form bending is ideally complemented by our tube laser cutting systems.
We offer pipe, profile and wire bending parts in series quality and any quantity.
Transformations at the pipe ends or Rohrkonstuktionen with customized intersections are possible.
The mechanical pre-processing, we can place on our CNC machines.

Powder coating
Our components we finish with a high quality surface coating.
Our own powder coating system allows to coat large and small components economically in each lot size.
The continuous flow system has 4 zones Degreasing and iron phosphating.
The components can be up to 3.4 meters long and 1.5 x 1.2 meters in size.

For more than 100 years, we develop with our customers innovative solutions by utilizing the versatile Forming fine cutting and swaging, and further cold forming processes, surface finish, cutting and joining.



Our strengths



In modern hammering and fine blanking plants, we convert all standard steel alloys, stainless and heat resistant steels and non-ferrous metals according to the individual requirements of our customers or our own development work.
Our strengths lie in the production of complex forgings ranging in weight from 50 g to 8 kg, fine blanking parts with built-forming operations from coils in a material thickness of 3 to 14 mm.

About 60% of our products are delivered as pre-finished components.

The use of our CAx facilities and interfaces to all known CAD solutions our customers form the basis for efficient development work.Our modern equipped tool implements the constructive solutions and creates the basis for a process-stable, high-volume production.

All processes that are carried out in our company are integrated into our quality management system.

It was founded in 1995 initially certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001, in August 2002, followed by certification according to ISO TS 16949:1999 / ISO 9001:2000.

The Jura workshops are a workshop for people with disabilities.

We are a service provider covering the following areas in the productive sector:

A: milling of metal and plastic parts up to 600 mm length
B: Turning of metal and plastic parts up to ø 60mm from the rod and ø 120 x 150mm
C: packaging work to 10 kg per part
D: Simple electrical installations such as switches, lamps, circuit boards up to 30 parts

We see ourselves as a mass producer of 100 pieces to 100,000 pieces lot size, however, this is individually adapted.

We produce and process



Flange, gears, planet carrier, bearing housing, rolled rings, forgings, castings, gear parts and waves (countershaft, drive shafts)
for the automotive and truck industry and for wind turbines.


We finished workpieces in all materials in three-shift operation. Over 1,000,000 parts are produced while processing 6,000 tons of material annually. According to customer request we store your finished parts and deliver just-in-time.
