LPM Production was established in 1987 in Lindbjerg – back then the company name was Lindbjerg plast og metal. During the 90’s the company was rebuilt and extended twice, at the original location. In 2000 Lindbjerg Plast og Metal moved to new facilities in Ølgod – now called LPM Production. LPM Production is a family owned company with 45 employees.

We, the company, LP Trading GmbH, with headquarters in A-Seekirchen, are manufacturers of extruded aluminum profiles. The production is located in Turkey. With over 20 years of experience in this market, we are able to realize all your special orders in our production facilities.

1.We produce precision turning parts beginning from ø 1 mm up to ø 65 mm. Therefore we use modern CNC and conventional-turning machines. Your most ambitious parts we can produce on our 9-axis high technology machines like Citizen M20, Traub TNC30, TNC42 or TNC65.

2.We produce gears and pinions (beginning from module 0.2 up to module 3.0; with a maximum diameter of 80 mm) with modern and precision-milling-machines (e.g. Koepfer, Monnier&Zahner, Wahli) as well as worms up to module 2.5. To assure our high quality production we use modern measurement systems.

3.Supplementary production
We have a wide selection of machines which enable us to do specific upgrade processes on your parts (e.g.grinding machines, super finishing machines, polishing machines, ...).

All of our inspection, measuring and test equipment is network based. We are able to do statistical process control (SPC). We will fulfill all common requirements on quality recording. Our Quality-system is implemented based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2000. We are certificated since Oct.1999.

We have customers in nearly all fields of industrial production (e.g. automotive, gear motors, medical, precision engineering, electrical, inspection and measuring industry). LTi-Metal Technology GmbH is a contract manufacturer and specializes in the development, manufacture and assembly of complex sheet metal parts and systems. We can offer the whole production depth in sheet metal processing of punching, laser cutting, bending, edging, clinching, welding, laser welding, assembly including powder coating. Our design office with a total of 24 employees, will be happy to ministering in the implementation of their ideas. Logistics services are moved at any time at our new plant in Windischbuch, here we hold for you 8,000 sqm of storage space before.
