Metalltecxhnik Hesse was founded in 2018 by Mr. Thomas Heinemann-Hesse.
Mr. Heinemann-Hesse is a trained tool mechanic specializing in stamping and forming technology and has been working in this field since 1993 and also in special machine construction as well as in production for general mascine construction.
We can manufacture drawing parts according to your specifications or build entire punching and forming tools or carry out repairs. We also manufacture spare parts and prototypes. Almost everything is feasible from a quantity of one.
Of course there are things that we cannot do ourselves. A very good network with competent partners is available for this with advice and action. We can therefore also act as problem solvers in an advisory capacity.

The medium-sized service company was founded in 2010 by Steffen Ofsianka in Ellenberg near Aalen in the Ostalb district.
In January 2020, the merger with Mr. Martin Hauber and the conversion into Metalltechnik Ostalb GbR took place.
An expansion of the production capacities ensured that more space was needed. For this reason, the company moved to a new production hall in 2020, designed for optimal production and working conditions.

We are a young, dynamic company and manufacture products made of steel and stainless steel, using separate production areas. We meet the requirements of EN1090 -2 in EXC 2 and ISO 3834 3.
We produce welded structures on a production area of around 800m².

The focus of the production is the manufacture and sale of CNC milling and CNC turning parts, machine components, and magnetic systems and their processing to complete assemblies including purchase of required system components and services such as surface hardening, grinding, etc.

Our company was founded in 1991 and continues to evolve forward.



Next to the stairs production, the manufacture of gates and fences, railings and general metal more and more connections develop in the direction of machine and plant engineering.
