SIM Gdynia was founded in 1978 and has been a family company since then. We specialise in machining, in CNC technology and in the production of the highest quality machining components for all branches of industry. Initially, our company is a good example of the fulfillment of “The American Dream” and it shows it is possible in any circumstances. Today, after over 35 years, we are a modern enterprise proud to represent the highest level of technology, service organisation and responsibility.Today SIM Gdynia means:
a team of approximately 170 employees, including 25 engineers and a Quality Department of 10,
over 50 modern CNC machines and measuring devices including brand new and fully robotised ones of the world leading brands (Makinol, Mori Seiki, Kitamura, Enshu, Okuma, Chiron, Star, Fanuc, Miyano, Doosan, Mitutoyo),machining of alloys (also stainless steel, superduplex) and plastics according to the clients` requirements, samples and drawings,
our own production of worm gear,
the CAD/CAM/CAE computer aided design and manufacturing system,
the export of almost 70% of total production to world class companies and leading corporations in Western Europe, North and South America and Far East,
active Quality Policy, ISO 9001:2008, other certificates and prizes.

Since 1959, the company SIMON is active both as a manufacturer of molds for plastic injection and as a designer of special machines.

At SIMON Sinterlutions, we have a machine park with a wide range of powder and calibration presses. In this way, we can reliably and accurately implement the most diverse requirements for your component. Our numerous mechanical, hydraulic and servo-electric multi-layer presses allow press forces up to 1600 kN. This makes us your specialist for small to medium-sized components.

Our sintering process is carried out in modern sintering equipment qualified according to CQI-9 requirements, such as conveyor belt furnace.

We also have oil impregnation equipment and machines for surface treatments such as vibratory grinding or scouring. Special equipment for mechanical processing and for the production of complete assemblies rounds off our machine park.

In addition to our in-house manufacturing capabilities, we offer further finishing steps via qualified suppliers, such as machining, coating or additional heat treatment. In other words: At SIMON Sinterlutions, you get everything from a single source.

The enterprise was founded in 1997 and exists consequently for 19 years. We are active in three fields:
CNC metal processing by turning and milling,
Custom clearence, and
Book keeping

Currently, we have 16 employees. 7 of them are employed in the metal processing business unit. For the production a hall containing a surface of 1000 m2 and a close-by administration building (220 m2) were built. We can offer full service for our partners - from the CNC turning and milling of the metals, to the transport and custom clearance services.

We are located in the city Derventa, which is 25 kilometers far from the border of Croatia and European Union.
