TWOMILLER SRL’s main point of activity is based on mechanical manufacturing.
Mainly we focus on aluminum and plastics, with future plans to process steel, stainless steel and other materials.
Our current work capacity is one milling machine with plans to acquire more.
Our vision for the future
First of all we have a plan of development which includes one more milling machine in the very short future.
We also have in plan to extend our productivity in activities such as rectification, anodising and sanding.
Secondly we intend to increase the area of materials used in making parts.

We manufacture large and small series according to drawings or samples with single-spindle automatic lathes from the manufacturer Traub (A15, A20, A25) and Index (25, C29, B60), as well as special designs with eye-hand coordination.

Our repertoire includes the production of short turned parts in a wide range of metallic round materials, such as free cutting steel, brass, VA, aluminum, gunmetal, etc. in the area of
ø 3mm to ø 60mm and a length of up to 190mm - and this at competitive prices.

UMM is a metalwork company from Lisbon. Created at the end of the 70’s to manufacture UMM off-road vehicles, UMM was converted in the 90’s as a Metalwork company dedicated to subcontracting.

Our Strong Team combines 20 years of experience and in the Automotive Manufacturing and 20 years’ experience in the metalwork industry, resulting in a Metalwork company with a State of the Art Process Engineering.

Vemes production is a small private enterprise that was established by the end of 2017.
The main activity is machining of metal products. Production is designed as a service activity where different machine parts are produced according to customer wishes, or as a partner for external services.

We are a specialist company for CNC precision technology and our goal is to supply customers with the best product made from different materials. We produce individual and/or serial parts. We are a company with modern machinery.

CTX beta 800 TC with main spindle, counter spindle and turn-milling spindle, turning length 750mm, 67mm
spindle passage for bar processing, 80 tool magazine, measuring/monitoring with
Renishaw tool measuring device and chuck diameter of 215mm.

Quality assurance is carried out using the Schut measuring machine (DeMeet-400 Combo) with 3D probe system and
Optical measurement system.

With the Cosen G320 saw, diameters of up to 320 mm or flat material 320 x 380 can be used
Saw to size.

Conventional Pinacho lathe with a center width of 1150 mm and a diameter of 210 mm.

we offer machining of all types of metals and plastics on the 3-axis Deckel Maho machining center, on which we are able to produce products up to 1100x550x400 mm with an accuracy of +-0.01 mm. We offer services from the purchase of material, cutting, machining to various surface treatments that we can provide.
