Nordic Titanium is a manufacturing company with a factory located in industrial center of Narva, Estonia. Our products are manufactured from different grades of titanium, steel and plastic. To ensure quality of products we use only certified raw material.

The Nordic Titanium engineering and development team support the manufacturing process from the start of production and up to delivery to the customer including all enclosed documents, 3D models, technical drawings, assemblies etc.

Our family-owned business was founded in 2018 based on our extensive experience in metalworking. We spent over fifteen years refining and perfecting our metalworking craft, and now bring those skills to NovaTech. We guarantee excellence and superior quality in parts and tool manufacturing.

Our main service is CNC milling and we also undertake the production of parts that require turning, grinding, EDM and heat treatment. Through cooperation with our partners, we can also offer surface treatment services such as galvanizing, black finishing, anodizing or painting.

In our workshop, we manufacture fine cutting tools since 1985. Our affordable products of excellent quality can be used for each type of material you want to process. We also undertake repairs to existing tools.

Our expertise enables us to meet even the most specific requirements for special cutting tools which are not commercially available, allowing you to save time and money.

In our workshop, you will find all kinds of machining constructions as well as grinding surfaces and cylindrical.

With over 30 years of experience, we continue to innovate in manufacturing and shaping of cutting tools.

Following up step by step the technological evolution, we have four AKIRA SEIKI vertical machining centres -a five-axis (4 + 1) and three three-axis, as well as a three-axis CNC lathe. We use CAM/CAD NX UNIGRAPHICS SIEMENS to design and program. For the quality control, we use a CMM of Tesa.

The combination of technological knowledge and modern equipment allows us to meet the needs for quality products and reasonable costs, both in cutting tools manufacture and general machining.

We use high quality materials accompanied with all the necessary certificates, whenever needed.
