With locations in North Rhine-Westphalia and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, we are a fully digitized manufacturer of turned and milled parts in the range of 3mm-65mm diameter based on our unique Smart Factory solution. We advise in the development phase, create prototypes and support you from the initial sampling to the (pre-) series.

Our strength lies in the production of individual parts and small series up to 1000 pieces. We machine workpieces up to 750 x 600 x 500 mm 5-axes simultaneously on modern milling machines. We produce turned-milled parts up to a diameter of 360 mm and a length of 1000 mm. We can react quickly through offline programming. Networked between CAD / CAM, we work economically and reliably. With constant controls and efficient quality management (DINE 9001: 2015) we guarantee consistently high quality. Do you need pre-assembled assemblies? In accordance with your requirements, we also manufacture complex assemblies for you, including any mechanical processing required, procurement management of purchased components and completion.

PLAR Ltd. was established in 2003 with the goal of creating plastic components. The primary pursuits include:

We are a family company Plastosteel from the Ptuj area, which primarily deals with the mechanical processing of metals, plastics and other technical materials. The beginnings of the company date back to 1999, when the owner and founder Zvonko Serdinšek started his afternoon trade in mechanical processing. The company grew over time, and in 2021 we reached the point where we switched from an afternoon craft to the company Plastosteel d.o.o.. In 2022, we successfully moved to new premises and expanded our machinery park. The company currently employs 5 people on a regular basis and we also have 3 external employees.
