CNC milling manufacture

We are a business operating in production branch. Our innovative solutions are empowered by long experience gained in both Polish and international industries.
We can design, implement and manufacture any details which have been rejected by other companies. We provide cooperative services for machining of both low and high volume details using 5-axis turning machines TRAUB and INDEX equipped with 3-meter barfeeders.

We have been a service provider in industry for over 30 years.
We build our own sensors and therefore have CNC machines. Since we still have capacity, we are happy to offer contract manufacturing of CNC parts.

Our company is designated for production milling parts, using CNC technology. So far we have proof our quality and responsibilities on internal market. We were able to work for lot of domestic companies and now is the time for step forward and to appear on international market.

We have been working on machining since 25 years, we have an outstanding team of engineers, a modern machine park and professional CAD/CAM software that allows us to comprehensively execute almost every order related to CNC machining.
Our specialty is the production of details on CNC automatic lathes with diameters from 3 to 68 mm with the use of bar feeder up to 300 mm in semi-automatic operation.

We mill in materials such as:

wood.
All orders are executed based on the most modern numerically controlled machines, which enable us to process surfaces from 2D to 5D.

We also offer a wide range of services:
engraving,
drilling,
threading,

electroplating coatings.
We specialize in large-scale production of more than 5000 pieces. We also realize medium orders from 500 to 5000 pieces. In special cases, we make prototype series and individual orders.

Rasche was founded in 1925 and is still a family-run company today.
Our core competence lies in complex formed parts with high precision. For this purpose, we have separated from old machines in recent years and replaced them with new machines.
CNC processing has also been integrated in our company for several years, so that we can produce ready-to-install parts.
We can also carry out a heat treatment or surface coating with our long-term partners.

We, the Raskopf company, have been working in tool and mold construction at our location since 1923. It all began with forging dies for the massive forming industry. We have been manufacturing permanent molds for aluminum casting since the 1990s.
Here, the production of molds for car wheels has become a special focus of our company. In recent years, however, the proportion of other cast aluminum molds has grown steadily.



Our sales markets are Germany and the EU,
e.g. Denmark and Austria.
