Following up step by step the technological evolution, we have four AKIRA SEIKI vertical machining centres -a five-axis (4 + 1) and three three-axis, as well as a three-axis CNC lathe. We use CAM/CAD NX UNIGRAPHICS SIEMENS to design and program. For the quality control, we use a CMM of Tesa. The combination of technological knowledge and modern equipment allows us to meet the needs for quality products and reasonable costs, both in cutting tools manufacture and general machining. We use high quality materials accompanied with all the necessary certificates, whenever needed.
