Our company since its founding in 1988 is already one of the strong and innovative manufacturers of technical plastic products. After first plastic closures were made for the cosmetics industry, originated in 1992 in our house the first screw cap - since our core business. Under the new name Filthaus plastics we have expanded our range since that time continuously expanded and added additional services in our range of services.

Our company is specialised in manufacturing of sheet metals and plastics which is established in 2003 Izmir / Turkey. We are offering our services for sub-contracting to the other companies.
That is to say, we want to be the sub-contractor of other companies and produce semi or finished products for them, in case of their over capacity or missing process.

MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES:
The services offered are cutting, bending and welding processes of aluminum, stainless sheet, DKP, INOX, HRP, galvanized sheets and plates with laser cut, punch cut and press brake machines located in sheet forming unit; and the forming of ABS, PVC, Plexiglass and acrylic plastic plates are carried out with thermoforming (vacuuming) machines in plastics forming unit; and finally gas metal arc, mig, mag and tig weldings services.

The GDW SÜD is a cooperative of recognized institutions for the disabled working with around 26,000 employees at 178 locations workshop in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and the Saarland.

We have the status of a concentration of recognized workshops for people with disabilities (sheltered workshops), so that even with us the eligibility of severely disabled persons levy takes effect.

The aim and purpose of the GDW SÜD is the long-term, future-oriented secure jobs for people with disabilities.

The GS artform GmbH was founded in December 2015 and is currently a one-man company with years of experience in the fields of plastics processing, plastics processing in the tool and mold making or the development and design of plastic parts.

The centerpiece is a 5-axis Bearbeitugszentrum for working with wood, plastic and aluminum in the areas of the model and mold, the processing of thermoplastics and thermosets contract manufacturing of various single and serial parts!

Subsequently, a thermoforming machine is put into operation for the manufacturing of plastic parts up to a maximum plate size of 2000x1250mm and a material output power of up to 12 mm.
