Metal wire mesh
Since 1891, the manufacturing of high-quality metal wire meshs has been one of our core activities. Over a century of experience doesn’t mean, however, that we rest on our laurels – rather, we take it as an incentive to maintain our advantage in terms of expertise and continuously build on this.
Today we manufacture using the latest technology and methods, certified to the ISO 9044 standard. This allows us to ensure for ourselves and our customers the thing that makes BEISSERMETALL metal meshs special: the highest quality.

Filtration technology
As we produce the metal wire mesh ourselves, we are able to react flexibly to all customer demands in terms of the desired filtration technology. We ensure that all components fit perfectly together, in order to achieve the filtration characteristics which are optimal for each application.
With our pre-assembled filtration technology we produce filters from metal mesh, flocked metal mesh, spot-welded gratings, woven wire mesh, fleece, perforated plates and expanded metals.

Sheet metal processing
The ability to work with wire with perfect precision is far from being a guarantee of the ability to work with sheet metal in a similar wire. However, a company wanting to provide optimal, complex customer solutions from a single provider will ensure that they master this technology too. BEISSERMETALL aims to do this. Steel construction combines the advantage of a relatively short planning and construction, with a flexible design of the structure. This flexibility of our steel structures obtained by the use of relatively lighter and slimmer, heavy-duty components and a high degree of prefabrication as well as precise, reducing installation times. Our services in business and steel construction are diverse: from simple steel beams pads, stairs, landings, balconies and platforms up to some turnkey commercial and industrial buildings as well as in bridge, we offer our customers a comprehensive portfolio of services from a single source.We are a competent partner for solar support structures.

Due to our flexibility and our 30 years of experience, we produce their machines from a single source. From raw material procurement through manufacturing (milling, turning, grinding, welding) to the assembly all done under one roof.

Mill
We mill for you both single and series parts. We can store up to 10 t CNC milling or drilling with workpiece sizes up to 10000 x 3000 x 1250 mm and unit weights.

Our machine park consists of 15 high-quality and versatile CNC milling machines and machining centers of various manufacturers such as FPT, Micron, SHW or Rivolta, mostly equipped with Heidenhain controls.

All machines are connected to an external programming system, so the machine remains ready for use during the programming phase. This allows you and us a cheaper production.

Turn
In our Dreherei we produce for you individual parts and small series. Our CNC machines can be up maximum turning diameter 600 x 2000 mm.

Our machinery has four lathes, two conventional, a teach-in and a CNC lathe.

Grind
With our grinding machines, we can process workpieces up to 6000 mm length and 300 mm width (also adjustable).

Our machine park offers four different models for your workpieces.

Welding
In our welding construction, we can manufacture welded constructions of all kinds up to 5 tons of stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum or copper.With our professional certified welders, we manufacture your design, MIG, MAG, TIG or MMA welding process. We can also soft and hard soldering. Of course, your design is on request, bead-blasted or painted.

We have the certificate of welder qualification test according to DIN EN 287-1, have little proof of suitability in accordance with DIN 18800-7, are after 3.1B Umstempelberechtigt and meet the welding quality requirements according to DIN EN 729-2.

Assembly
We manufacture your machine from the procurement of materials to final acceptance.

Through our long-standing relationship with industry, we have very good conditions for your standard parts. Our experience and flexibility enable us to meet your requirements and wishes always to meet.

Due to the ever increasing demand assembly we have had since the end of 2007 our assembly area increased by 400 m², so we get to meet the high demands of customers in the assembly.
