We manufacture and supply order according to drawing / sketch or pattern welded assemblies of all kinds, laser parts, stampings and machined parts (turned parts, milled parts) from the following areas:

General engineering and steel construction
Jigs and fixtures (including manufacturing and testing)

Transport and storage containers

In addition, we mount above-named parts to complex assemblies either in

Since 2000 , ITC has established its first production capacities in metal processing, and after that it began with the production of metal structures, transport systems for industry, process equipment and mining equipment in the underground exploitation and mashining. ITC has the capability to perform complex tasks in the field of manufacturing and erection of steel structures and various types of maintenance in industrial plants. ITC Zenica pays great attention to education and training of their employees. Our aim is that in the future we successfully deal with new challenges during implementation of company mission to acquire customer confidence in the quality of products and services guaranteed by ITC Zenica.

The ITM was established in 1990 as a service company for steel construction, maintenance and welding technology. With the concept of planning, design, manufacture and assembly - all from a single source, the company started its business in the industry of building materials industry.

In the ITM services our engineers and the services of our experienced fitters, welders and locksmiths are combined to benefit our customers.We plan the assembly procedures for you and carry them out competently and reliably. With our experience we are able to offer cost-effective solutions for the most demanding tasks. We integrate individual components or complete existing equipment in their facilities. For complex projects, we cooperate with strong partners.


Welding assemblies:
We offer a wide range of welded components in the materials steel, stainless steel and aluminum. In the production of individual small series and specific special - for example for vacuum technology or the crane - we carry most complicated structures to suit your specifications. We are technically able to process quality and engineering steels for different requirements. In cooperation with competent partners, we will solve your manufacturing problem.

Steel construction:
The ITM is technologically fully equipped. This allows light to medium steel structures are produced.Surface protection, we realize customer requirements. Powerful galvanizing plants are our partners. The Welding Training and Research (SLV) Hall certifies that the company, the manufacturer's qualification:

Our company has been certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 since 1999, meaning that the quality of our products is subject to a comprehensive quality assurance system.

In welding technology, we have the extensive certificate of suitability in accordance with DIN 1090-2 and the certificate for print production in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.

IZW is an independent company, formed in 2020 from the highly diversified Kurtz Ersa group of companies, which can proudly look back on a company history of over 235 years. We are constantly setting new standards and satisfying the requirements of our customers every day. The focus of production is the complete manufacture of machine components with the processes welding, milling, turning and surface treatment blasting, aluminising and painting.
