LaserProdukt GmbH in Alfeld (Leine) is one of the application pioneers of flexible beam processing methods and has gained a wealth of experience in this field since 1984.
Our competencies go far beyond material processing with laser and water jets. As specialists in assembly production, we offer all services that make your work easier for our customers: We support you in the construction of individual components and complete assemblies. We create NC programs, keep an extensive range of materials, design and manufacture processing and testing devices. We take over the complete processing, assemble, carry out sample and functional tests and deliver with in-house vehicles.

Flexible production and the use of modern production technologies enable us to meet the high quality standards of our customers, to realize short delivery times and to offer cost-effective services.

We are specialized in the processing of various metals - black steel, stainless steel, aluminum. We have experience and complete equipment for metalworking and manufacturing precision metal components, metal parts and metal products.
Laser Style has a new generation of TRUMPF laser machines for cutting different thicknesses and types of metal - black steel, stainless steel, aluminum.

Laser Style is a manufacturer of commercial furniture and commercial equipment for pharmacies, hardware stores, metal shelves for TVs, cosmetics stores and more.
We manufacture various metal fire boards, cabinets, boxes, metal wardrobes and cabinets.

We have a variety of bending tools that allow us to offer short lead times for the production of various specialized products at competitive prices. This allows us to bend complex shapes, different thicknesses of different types of materials.

For our customers' finished product, Laser Style can offer them a precise and durable powder coating.

The laser tech Olbernhau GmbH is a medium-sized, based in Saxony companies and has made in recent years with many business partners in the industry, particularly in the field of machine and plant a good reputation as an efficient and always reliable supplier. WELDING TECHNOLOGY
Our core competence lies, among other things, in creating high-quality joining technology.

Our quality standards are certified by DIN ISO 1090-2 EXC 2 and DIN EN ISO 9001/2015. DIN ISO 1090-3 certification for aluminum is currently under development. Certified welding specialists are available for this purpose. We draw on a wealth of experience, particularly in the area of joining steels up to S355 and chromium-nickel steels, and we also meet the various quality requirements (in accordance with DIN standards) of our customers in other areas. Projects with components up to 20 m in length and unit weights of up to 15 t have already been completed.

Our machinery also includes a welding robot with a torch-changing system for processing various additional materials in one component. The processing of components up to 4500x1500mm and up to a weight of 1000kg is possible.

We are a contract manufacturer with 84 employees, located in Trier (close to Luxembourg).

Our capabilities are:

- Precise machining of work pieces with a weight of up to 46 t

- Assembly (mechanic, electric, pneumatic) of components or complete machines with crane capabilities of up to 98 t and height of 14 m.

Our machining centres have a travelling axis in x of up to 6000 mm, in y up to 3000 mm and take pieces with up to 46 t. Our turning machines take pieces with a diameter of up to 1620 mm and 8000 mm length.

Under contract of our customers, we manufacture according to their drawings pieces of various sizes and applications. Gear box housings for various well known gear suppliers, hydraulic presses for the ceramics industry, roller presses for the cement- and mining industry, water turbines, handling units for the foundry industry, hydraulic units etc. cover the range of our possibilities.

A welding shop within our factory building can manufacture the required welding components.
