We are an industrial company working in cold metal stamping, bending pressing, component welding, joint assembly, shaping and bending pipes and construction of tools.Currently we have available 8.000 m2 of surface area, of wich 5.000 m2 are built.

The Teknika metal emerged from a single private company and was founded in 1981. She has prevailed through flexibility and quality in the market.
Main production are turning and milling parts on modern CNC machines and conventional turning machines of all materials and in all quantities from drawings or samples.
In addition to the constant increase of the single-part production of pre-finished parts, the company has placed in recent years, particularly focusing on the production of complete assemblies, including stamping and welding parts.
In addition to surface treatments such as hardening and tempering all surface refinements such as phosphating, zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating and bronzing are possible.

SURFACE TREATMENT

ANODIZING
Anodizing unit was designed in accordance with all necessary engineering requirements and latest technology. The 3 m. anodizing facility is specialized in anodizing of aluminium machined parts. The facility is equipped with a wide spectrum of glossy and mat colors.

POWDER-COATING
The powder-coating section is equipped with full automation technologies. At coating section electrostatic powder-coating operation is done with all RAL colors which are demanded by the customer with 60-80 µm thickness.

PACKAGING & DELIVERY
TEKSAN has specialist staff and equipment complying with EU standards in order to satisfy customer demands regarding packaging.

This year Ambrogio Tenconi took his work as a blacksmith in Airolo with the work of the St. Gotthard railway tunnel.



His sons, Faustino and Guglielmo led continues the work of his father, which was later expanded by Fausto and Edoardo.



In 1943 the company Fratelli Tenconi was founded. Their purpose was to lead a workshop for steel processing.



The company was founded in 1974 converted into a public limited company. After the death of the two brothers who changed its name to TENCONI SA. We are a small collective and active mainly as subcontractors for larger firms. We have our own air and water-cooled TIG welding machines and electric welding equipment. We process your orders both on an hourly basis from (with or without our our devices), and we also handle complete orders arbitrarily (as subcontractors). We are among the small firms; seasonal we count 8-20 professionals.
