We have been developing and producing highly complex tube fittings for automobiles for 30 years. Together with our customers, we manufacture individual product solutions for sunroofs, convertible systems or cooling and injection systems that are innovative, reliable and safe.

Plastic parts for industrial applications are manufactured in different processes, sizes and designs:



Vacuum forming:


* Maximum size 1500mm x 1000mm x form 330mm

* Required edge about 1/3 of the total height

* No undercuts

* Minimum slope form provided 0.5 ° and all edges with radii

* Form (Not to exact form page cleaner / mold side) as positive or negative model possible



CNC Milling:


* Maximum working area 1350mm x 890mm

* Post-processing of deep-drawn parts, as Höhenbeschnitt, holes and other shaped cuts

Bending:

* Maximum plate length 2000mm

* Material thicknesses up to 12mm
