At this time we were supplying very precise parts to the USA. There, parts were assembled into industrial robots.
Since then, the company has gradually expanded its production potential and increased its production capacity.
Production premises were added and machinery was purchased.
Now the company has two CNC lathes with material feeders (rotating parts), a classic lathe, a tool milling machine, a lever milling machine, a centerless grinder and a semi-automatic saw.
Specification:
We have two CNC lathes Tornado A 50 and Tornado A90 with material feeders. We work on them round, hexagonal up to a diameter of 50 mm. We process stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, classic steel and silos. We are able to provide shaft grinding on our own grinder and we are able to provide surface treatments (zinc or hardening)

We also own a tool milling machine for less demanding milling and a classic lathe.


At present, stable production mainly consists of spare parts for vintage motorcycles, components for bakery ovens, parts for food filters, parts for roofing swimming pools and parts for the automotive and engineering industries and many other industries. We already work with 5-6 foundries and many machining plants located in Konya. The total practicable capacity of our foundries is about 30.000 tons/year. There is no problem on the materials. We are able to supply you all materials including Ni-Rezist, stainless steel, GJS, SiMo etc. All of the foundries and our business partners have ISO 9002 certificate and some of them have ISO/TS 16949 certificate.
The molding systems are sand molding, furan recine molding and shell molding. The molding has been done as hand molding, semi automatic horizontal molding machine, semi automatic vertical molding machine and Disamatic vertical molding line without flask. The size is 200 to 900 x 500 to 1100 x 200 to 400 mm.

All melting process will be done with electrical furnaces. So; we able to control material and we also have spectral analyzing facilities. We also have sand laboratory, hardness testing, microstructure checking and metallurgical test abilities. I mean we are able to supply your needed parts on the international standard frames.

In regard to additional process which can do; they are pattern making (wood, aluminum, araldite); core production (cold box, hot box); sand blasting; grinding; heat treatment; painting, protecting etc. We also able to supply you finished products after the fully machining operations and all gears with gear cutting.
