Our focus is the production, processing and distribution of thermoplastics. TEPLAST (founded in 1994) has at its 5,000 square meters of floor space on one of the most modern CNC machinery in the branch.Our CAD / CAM systems allow users to produce customized and high-precision workpieces for the highest standards in the shortest possible time. ''TMD Hanibal'' Limited Liability Company was estabished on September 1st 1999 when it privatized a part of the then motor parts factory ''TMD Gradačac'' and opened a production plant – tool shop.

Tool shop ''TMD Hanibal'' Ltd was founded with a tendency to implement the highest technology in order to meet the high quality standards required by customers. Our goal is to become development partner to companies in European Union countries. Focusing on goals of our customers, recognizing customers' needs and relying on continuous improvement and education based on teamwork and cooperation, our team is ready to respond to the demands of our customers and offer the best solution. Our team consists of 60 workers, of which 5 machine engineers, 3 administrative workers, 30 experienced CNC technicians for machining centers, 20 experienced CNC scraping technicians, as well as grinders, toolmakers and locksmiths.

Torneria Montesi has been operating since 1964 as a trusted partner in the subcontracting of mechanical components in numerous industrial sectors. We are a company that produces custom-made components and standard products for our catalog using mechanical turning and rolling processes.

The surface is organized on two production divisions in which the machine tools dedicated to turning and rolled threading are coordinated. To support there are two logistic units dedicated to the warehouse and distribution. Safe, organized and controlled environments reflect their own order on the work of collaborators, guaranteeing precision and punctuality.

After 71 years of experience in the production of pipe fastening systems, Walraven can look at a tool and machine park, which is located at the highest technical level, and thus allows absolutely competitive production processes..
Production includes cutting, shaping and cutting of sheet metal and metals. A fully automated rail manufacturing to galvanizing and automatic packaging.
Bzgl. Metal Stamping: Here we have more than 30 different presses with different benefits (force values 45-130 tons and speed between 20 and 150 ejections per minute). Ultimately Walraven can look back with pride on its own and full grown continuously tool shop, so that developments always even, safe and fast can be implemented.

Wefapress Beck + Co. GmbH, headquartered in Vreden, Germany, manufactures ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (PE-UHMW) and high-molecular-weight polyethylene (PE-HMW) and processes these and other engineering plastics (POM, PA, PEEK, PTFE, PET and more) into finished parts and semi-finished products. The offerings range from sheets, chain guides and steel C-profiles all the way to individual plastic parts produced from drawings. These E-valves are developed for a wide range of applications. They are used, for example, in tool and mould making, in special machine construction and in packaging machine construction. They can also be found in the die-casting industry.

In our development department we are working, among other things, on smart disruptive solutions for these electromotive sliders with a force of 1-10 t for Industry 4.0.
